Le migliori case vacanza in Europa!
Un'incantevole villa di campagna recentemente ristrutturata, in collina, vicino ad Assisi e Perugia. Questa casa, con piscina privata di acqua salata, è una destinazione idilliaca per le vacanze in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. La villa può ospitare fino a 8 persone e si sviluppa su un unico piano con una dependance contenente una camera da letto e un bagno. L'ingresso principale avviene attraverso una bella loggia sul davanti della casa. La loggia offre uno spazio ombreggiato per mangiare all'aperto e c'è anche una cucina esterna dove gli ospiti possono fare il barbecue. La porta d'ingresso conduce a una zona giorno a pianta aperta con comode poltrone, un divano e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina a pianta aperta è separata da una mezza parete e dispone di un tavolo da pranzo in legno per pasti più informali. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura e forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e tostapane. I giardini terrazzati sono ben curati, con una scalinata in pietra che conduce alla piscina sopra la casa. La piscina dispone di diversi lettini per gli ospiti e di un'area pergolata separata con tavolo e sedie. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: Questa accogliente camera da letto ha un antico letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Camera da letto 2: Una seconda incantevole camera da letto con letto matrimoniale in legno e bagno privato. Camera da letto 3: a 20 metri dalla casa, in una dependance separata, si trova una terza camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Bagni Tutte e 3 le camere da letto hanno un bagno privato con doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC. Extra: C'è anche un WC separato. Posizione Arroccata sul fianco di una collina con una magnifica vista sulla campagna umbra, questa villa si trova a breve distanza dall'affascinante città di Perugia (20 minuti) e dal centro di pellegrinaggio di Assisi (25 minuti), e gode di una posizione ideale per esplorare l'Umbria. La vicina cittadina di Torgiano offre tutti i servizi di cui gli ospiti potrebbero aver bisogno per il self-catering. L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Perugia, a 15 minuti di auto.

Traumhaftes Weingut , tolle Lage , phantastischer Ausblick . Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Die Adresse war schwer zu finden , da einem Google woanders hinführt . Wir wurden dann netterweise abgeholt . Das einzige was ich bemängeln möchte sind die versteckten Kosten von Endreinigung und pauschaler Abrechnung von Gas , Strom … da kommt schnell mal ein mittlerer 3 stelliger Betrag zusammen . Besser gleich in die Endsumme einrechnen , das ist transparenter .

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – ein echtes Glück! Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und der Swimmingpool hat eine tolle Größe, ideal zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage ist absolut traumhaft. Das Haus und die Anlage sind wunderschön gelegen und top gepflegt! Das Haus ist groß mit großen Zimmern und zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein Bad. Der Pool ist groß, sodass man darin auch Bahnen schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Dit is een heerlijke, rustige, ruim opgezette villa, met een hoofdgebouw waarin 2 slaapkamers zijn ondergebracht en een separaat appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Wij waardeerden de forse patio (met eettafel en zithoek) en de enorme buitenkeuken, met houtgestookte pizzaoven en BBQ. Volop ruimte bij het zwembad, met ligbedjes en een zitje in schaduw + ijskastje. Daniele is een zeer behulpzame gastheer en een goede wijnmaker. Doe daarom vooral ook de wijnproeverij met rondleiding - leerzaam en lekker! Het dorp Torgiano (half uur lopen, langs provinciale weg) stelt niet zo veel voor, een paar restaurantjes en een wijnmuseum. Dat verandert tijdens de feestweek Vinarelli (in 2025 van 8 tot 17 augustus) - een drukte van belang ineens! Wijntjes, hapjes en muziek - erg gezellig! Prima plek voor groepen en grote gezinnen! Abbiamo serenamente trascorso quattro giorni in questa magica struttura in stile Umbro-Toscano, che ha ospitato comodamente tre coppie di amici in ampie, eleganti e funzionali camere dotate di tutti i confort. L’ampia sala da pranzo e adiacente cucina ci ha permesso di vivere insieme colazioni e cene. Il patio esterno permette di ammirare il paesaggio intorno in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Molto apprezzata è stata la zona di cottura esterna, dotata di barbecue e forno a legna in pietra che ci ha permesso di gustare una grigliata serale. Una vacanza che per ciascuno di noi, nessuno escluso, ha assunto un inaspettato valore aggiunto proprio per la bellezza e comodità di questa struttura, armonicamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare umbro. Un sentito ringraziamento da parte di tutti noi a Daniele Rossi che ci ha ospitato, per l’estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione, permettendoci quattro giorni di vero relax.

Sehr schönes Landhaus, auf einem Weingut gelegen. Große überdachte Terasse, Grillplatz, Pool und Garten ideal für die warme Jahreszeit. Gastgeber wohnt in der Nähe und ist gut erreichbar. Assisi und Perugia sind mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Mein persönliches Manko: ich habe es lieber, wenn die Gesamtkosten bereits über die Zahlung an Airbnb abgedeckt sind und keine Nachzahlungen für Reinigung, Kurtaxe und Energie zu leisten sind - macht die Kosten transparenter. Ansonsten: sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir empfehlen dem Eigner etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Einrichtung und Beleuchtung im Wohnziimmer, außerdem Praktische Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Halen zum Aufhängen von Garderobe und Handtüchern. Etwas mehr Hand-und Geschirrtücher wären auch hilfreich. Sonst alles gut, Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich…,

A proper taste of traditional umbria not a false tourist creation. Amazing location, helpful host with easy access to Assissi and Perugia. We loved our time spent here. A fantastic large salt water swimming as well.

This review is for Daniele, our host. He was so responsive, welcoming, and very helpful - we enjoyed meeting him and staying at his property. The four stars is just to call out: 1. There were extra fees that were not included / outlined in the airbnb charges but rather in the listing description; it would be nice to have that all calculated for you at checkout. We were glad the Happy Rentals team honored our request to process the refundable deposit through airbnb rather than cash onsite. 2. It might be worth investing in providing things like paper towels and extra linens, as well as updating some of the furniture (e.g. inside dining area, couch) and electronics (no speaker system). We loved staying there and absolutely would recommend in the future, but those small touches would really elevate the space!
