Mickaels Unterkunft ist geräumig, angenehm und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist ausreichend bestückt. Es wäre schön, wenn es ein paar mehr Handtücher und ein Bodenwischer/ Lappen gäbe, und das Badezimmer könnte etwas sauberer sein. Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll, um die Nächte bei den Temperaturen angenehmer zu gestalten, aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen.

Genau wie erwartet. Sauber und Grosszügig. Alles in der Fewo hat funktioniert, sogar die meissten deutschen Fernsehsender. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Perfekter Meerblick, Balkon mit Schatten.

Nettes Appartement am Rande von Marsalforn, Nord- und Südbalkon, Nordbalkon mit Blick auf Meer. Haus aĺlerdings schwierig zu finden, da die Häuser keine Hausnummern, sondern nur Namen haben.

Der Gastgeber ist selbst nicht in der Nähe der Unterkunft und kann bei Problemen direkt nicht helfen. Einige Kleinigkeiten haben die Aufenthalt einen Beigeschmack gegeben. Ein Schlüssel für den Aufzug wurde nie bereitgestellt, ohne den dieser nicht verwendbar ist. Der WLAN Router war ohne Strom und musste durch uns angeschlossen werden. Die Unterlagen dafür in der Unterkunft sind nicht aktuell. Die Zimmer sind so wie beschrieben und von der Unterkunft kommt man innerhalb von 7 min zum Strand von Marsalforn. Public Parking steht in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

Wohnung für Aufenthalt im Winter nicht geeignet. Keine Klimaanlage/ Heizung. Hat nur einen kleinen mobilen Heizradiator. Umgenügend um die Wohnung zu erwärmen. Musste mit Thermounterwäsche und Jacke im Wohnzimmer sitzen, ungemütlich.

The positive things: The apartment was very clean and spacious. It has a magnificent view. Really great! The negative things: The handle at the door of the washing machine is broken. With two kids, daily washing is really important during holidays. We contacted the manager of the apartment via AirBnB Chat. The problem is, that one speaks to an international company in Switzerland, not to the local manager. There were urgent problems with the washing machine and the internet m, but the local manager (Mickael) just didn’t care. The management in Switzerland tried to reach him. It took two days. Mickael said, he were told by a technician that the washing machine were working. But the working of the engine was never the problem. There was simply no door handle to open or close the washing machine. But Mickael said, somebody else is responsible. At the end, no body felt responsible. The washing machine is dirty and rusty and after two days we were able to open it, but it destroyed my shirt.
