A soli 400 metri dalla riva del lago, questo luminoso appartamento per vacanze per 2 persone offre agli ospiti una piscina in comune e un campo da tennis. Situato al secondo piano di un condominio, è la base ideale per esplorare i siti storici di Desenzano del Garda e il Lago di Garda, il più grande lago italiano. Un'ampia porta a vetri fa sì che la zona giorno a pianta aperta sia inondata di luce. L'arredamento è arioso e rilassato, con un comodo divano, un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina, adiacente alla zona pranzo, è ben attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e macchina da caffè. Il balcone, che può essere ombreggiato nei mesi più caldi, è un'estensione della zona giorno. È arredato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. Le strade tortuose ospitano molte boutique allettanti e il mercato settimanale della città è il posto migliore per trovare prodotti locali freschi da cucinare a casa. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse spiagge dove gli ospiti possono nuotare, fare kayak, paddle board o windsurf. In alternativa, da Desenzano del Garda partono regolarmente traghetti per molte delle belle città storiche intorno al lago. Gli aeroporti più vicini sono Verona Villafranca (30 minuti di auto) e Milano Bergamo (55 minuti di auto).

Beautiful apartment in quiet complex. Well furnished with everything you need. Only thing that was missing was an Iron which apparently should have been there but we couldn’t find it. We arrived early due to flight times and the Happy Rentals team facilitated our early arrival and even got the keys delivered after I miss read the instructions. Location is good on the map and there are bus stops just outside the complex, but I would advise that once the busses stop running at around 10pm then getting a Taxi is much more difficult than I’ve experienced in any other trip with no apps like Uber/Bolt and according to the locals very few taxis that work in the area and are expensive presumably due to lack of competition. We did day trips to Sirmione,Venice and Verona all of which are very commutable via bus or Desenzano train station. Very nice stay all round for us and would recommend.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage in einem ruhigen Viertel in Rivoltella, einem kleinen Vorort von Desenzano. Im April haben wir überwiegend Einwohner bzw. so gut wie gar keine Menschen dort getroffen. Es gibt eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Bad und eine große Dachterrasse bzw. Balkon mit Blick über Einfamilienhäuser und im Hintergrund auf den See und die Berge. Sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und es war alles sehr sauber!Vermietungsagentur ist Happy Rentals, die Ansprechpartnerin Manuela vor Ort ist ausgesprochen kundenorientiert und nett, stets zu erreichen und kümmert sich sofort um jedes Problem. Ein großes Dankeschön!Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Wohnung über verschlungene Wege und viele Treppenstufen zu erreichen ist. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität aus meiner Perspektive nicht geeignet, da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man vom Flughafen Bergamo kommt, so wie wir. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, in Verona und es gibt einen Bahnhof. Vom Nachbarort Peschiera geht ein wunderbarer Fahrradweg am Fluss Minizio entlang bis zum kleinen Dorf Borghetto und einem sehr schönen Park (Achtung: Park 18 Euro Eintritt für Erwachsene!). Wir waren außerdem in Sirmione (vor 10 kommen, sonst keinen Parkplatz!), in Rivoltella am Strand, mit dem Schiff von Desenzano in Lazise und in Desenzano selbst im alten Ortskern. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Gute Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit ein bisschen Seeblick, Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln vorhanden, gutes Bett. Gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool, Bäcker mit Lebensmittelangebot 200 m um die Ecke, Pizzeria nur 400 m um die Ecke.

Very modern and good looking appartment. A lot of parking spots. Clean and enough towels and bed sheets for the whole stay. A note with clear instructions for trash, swimming pool etc. Easy accessible by car. Plenty of closet space with enough hangers. Only thing missing was a vacuum in cause you want to clean a bit during your stay. Manuela was there if you needed her and replies quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechseln waren auch vorhanden. Großer Balkon mit ein bisschen Blick auf den See. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über einen Schlüsseltresor beim Büro ( zwar nicht an der Anlage, liegt aber auf dem Weg). Die Bilder von der Buchungsseite geben die Wohnung gut wieder. Gute Lage, Bäcker mit Lebensmittelangebot 200 m um die Ecke. Einziger Nachteil: die Lage in der Anlage, bevor man zum Treppenaufgang in die 2.Etage zu der Wohnung kommt, sind noch mehrere kleine Treppen innerhalb der weitläufigen Anlage zu bewältigen, bei Hitze unangenehm anstrengend. Eventuell bekommt man am hinteren Eingang zur Anlage näher am Apartment mit Glück einen Parkplatz, von wo aus der Weg mit Gepäck einfacher ist. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Verblijf net zoals op de foto’s. Proper, gezellig en alle voorzieningen zijn er (wasmachine, goede AC, ligstoelen voor aan het zwembad). Auto is noodzakelijk.
