Very nice apartment, clean, 2 great and big balconies, 2 toilets one with a tub and one with a shover was great too. The only minus was the wifi that only worked 25% of the time, and was so slow when it worked we had to use roaming on our phones to get any internet. Overall we were very happy for our stay there, and would recommend anytime.

Everything was new, everything was clean and it’s located in a pretty new building. 2 toilets with baths and two balconies was a really nice plus as well.

L'appartement est comme neuf. Il est grand, avec une bonne répartition de l'espace. 2 salles de bain, ce qui est appréciable avec des enfants. Il y a 2 grands balcons qui permettent de profiter des beaux jours. Pas de parking de plus d'1h sur place mais un parking public à 800m. Il y a un supermarché Tigros juste à côté à pied, très pratique. La récupération des clés peut se faire facilement par une boîte à clefs en accès indépendant. L'agence a toujours répondu très rapidement sur Whatsapp. La gare et le port pour les ferrys qui emmènent piétons et voitures du côté de Verbania (quartier Intra), qui permettent d'accéder é Pallanza, îles Borromées, Stressa. N'hésitez pas à prendre le billet accès illimité pour le ferry. En point d'amélioration, mineurs: - Nous n'avons pas trouvé de serpillère pour nettoyer l'appartement. Il y a un aspirateur/balai. - Il y a un four micro-ondes mais pas de prise électrique pour le brancher. Il faut déplacer le four pour s'en servir. En résumé, un excellemt séjour pour découvrir le lac majeur.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Hafen und Promenade nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die beschriebene Parkmöglichkeit ist mit 600m Entfernung gut erreichbar. Laveno-Mombello bietet dem Urlauber alles was er braucht, z.B. eine reichliche Auswahl an Restaurants auch zu moderaten Preisen. Dabei ist es nicht der überlaufene Touristen HotSpot. Sehr zentral am Lago Maggiore gelegen, z.B. direkte Fährverbindung nach Verbania / Intra. Vom Hafenbahnhof aus gibt es eine direkte Zugverbindung nach Mailand (Milano Cadorna). Auch sehenswerte Orte, wie Lugano und Como sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch ein Ausflug auf den Hausberg von Laveno-Mombello mit der nostalgischen Seilbahn ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Bei guten Wetter gibt es dort einen fantastischen Ausblick bis in die französischen Alpen hinein.

Schöne zentrale Lage: die Promenade am Lago Maggiore ist nur knappe 10 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet hier für sämtliche Aktivitäten einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt. Direkte Lage zu einem gut sortierten Supermarkt mit großer Produktvielfalt. Ideal um entweder sein tägliches Frühstück oder das Abendessen kulinarisch zu veredeln. Gute schallisolierende Fenster. Ausreichend ausgestattete Küche um normale Gerichte kochen zu können. Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir wurden bei sämtlichen Fragen vom Eigentümer/Verwalter bestens beraten und bekamen auch zu touristischen Fragestellungen über die Tage hinweg über WhatsApp Unterstützung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Nach der Ankündigung, dass eine Parkmöglichkeit 800m entfernt ist waren wir schon etwas verwundert als wir feststellten, dass die Wohnanlage eine große Tiefgarage hat. Offenbar wurde beim Erwerb der Immobilie auf den Kauf eines Stellplatzes verzichtet. Über die Urlaubszeit ist das kein Problem, aber bei der An- und Abreise wäre das schon hilfreich gewesen. Die naheliegenden Supermarktparkplätze sind oftmals komplett belegt.

La posizione è buona vicina al lungomare e a tanti servizi: supermercato, stazione, traghetto. Laveno ci ha fatto una buona impressione ed ha un bel lungomare dei bei locali. Si trova in una posizione strategica per utilizzare il traghetto

Auch sehenswerte Orte, wie Lugano und Como sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch ein Ausflug auf den Hausberg von Laveno-Mombello mit der nostalgischen Seilbahn ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Bei guten Wetter gibt es dort einen fantastischen Ausblick bis in die französischen Alpen hinein.

L'appartement est comme neuf. Il est grand, avec une bonne répartition de l'espace. 2 salles de bain, ce qui est appréciable avec des enfants. Il y a 2 grands balcons qui permettent de profiter des beaux jours. Pas de parking de plus d'1h sur place mais un parking public à 800m. Il y a un supermarché Tigros juste à côté à pied, très pratique. La récupération des clés peut se faire facilement par une boîte à clefs en accès indépendant. L'agence a toujours répondu très rapidement sur Whatsapp. La gare et le port pour les ferrys qui emmènent piétons et voitures du côté de Verbania (quartier Intra), qui permettent d'accéder é Pallanza, îles Borromées, Stressa. N'hésitez pas à prendre le billet accès illimité pour le ferry.

Schöne zentrale Lage: die Promenade am Lago Maggiore ist nur knappe 10 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet hier für sämtliche Aktivitäten einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt. Direkte Lage zu einem gut sortierten Supermarkt mit großer Produktvielfalt. Ideal um entweder sein tägliches Frühstück oder das Abendessen kulinarisch zu veredeln. Gute schallisolierende Fenster. Ausreichend ausgestattete Küche um normale Gerichte kochen zu können. Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir wurden bei sämtlichen Fragen vom Eigentümer/Verwalter bestens beraten und bekamen auch zu touristischen Fragestellungen über die Tage hinweg über WhatsApp Unterstützung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super Lage super sauber sehr groß und Küche Bad und Schlafzimmer schön und komplett ausgestattet. Große Balkone mit Sonne am Morgen zum Frühstück perfekt. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen wir würden wieder kommen

Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Hafen und Promenade nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die beschriebene Parkmöglichkeit ist mit 600m Entfernung gut erreichbar. Laveno-Mombello bietet dem Urlauber alles was er braucht, z.B. eine reichliche Auswahl an Restaurants auch zu moderaten Preisen. Dabei ist es nicht der überlaufene Touristen HotSpot. Sehr zentral am Lago Maggiore gelegen, z.B. direkte Fährverbindung nach Verbania / Intra. Vom Hafenbahnhof aus gibt es eine direkte Zugverbindung nach Mailand (Milano Cadorna). Auch sehenswerte Orte, wie Lugano und Como sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch ein Ausflug auf den Hausberg von Laveno-Mombello mit der nostalgischen Seilbahn ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Bei guten Wetter gibt es dort einen fantastischen Ausblick bis in die französischen Alpen hinein. Das WLAN hat gute und schlechte Momente. Oftmals mussten wir unser Daten-Roaming nutzen. Nach der Ankündigung, dass eine Parkmöglichkeit 800m entfernt ist waren wir schon etwas verwundert als wir feststellten, dass die Wohnanlage eine große Tiefgarage hat. Offenbar wurde beim Erwerb der Immobilie auf den Kauf eines Stellplatzes verzichtet. Über die Urlaubszeit ist das kein Problem, aber bei der An- und Abreise wäre das schon hilfreich gewesen. Die naheliegenden Supermarktparkplätze sind oftmals komplett belegt.

La posizione è buona vicina al lungomare e a tanti servizi: supermercato, stazione, traghetto. Laveno ci ha fatto una buona impressione ed ha un bel lungomare dei bei locali. Si trova in una posizione strategica per utilizzare il traghetto
