The apartment is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The building is located in a very quiet courtyard. The apartment has good soundproofing. The building looks better than in the photos. All appliances in the apartment are in working order. The apartment is spacious. It has a good, quiet air conditioner that works great for both cooling and heating. There’s a tram stop nearby with convenient routes for tourists. We walked to the city center. It’s not very far. We often took the tram back. There was a time when there was a public transportation strike in Zagreb for several days; at that moment, we were glad once again that we had stayed in this apartment, since we were able to easily walk to the city center and back to the apartment on foot, despite being 72 and 61 years old. Near the “Gupčeva Zvezda” tram stop, there’s a small Konzum supermarket with everything you need. Although we usually went shopping at the Konzum supermarket in the Kaptol shopping center, which is located not far from the apartment, it’s much larger and has a wider selection of products, including a good deli with hot dishes. This shopping center also houses a large DM store and a store selling organic products. The apartment is available at an affordable price, and the terms are good. I recommend it.

The apartment is located in the second row of houses and is therefore very quiet. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and gave us a feeling of home during our business trip. Everything you need is provided, even some sightseeing books of Zagreb. ;) Self check in is easy as it came with clear instructions and even pictures of the key and apartment location. We definitely recommend staying here! As it is a company providing the apartment, it was a bit tricky to get a hold of the responsible contact person. We had to chat with quite a few till we could get your question answered. However, everyone was very friendly and tried to assist well.

This is one of the best apartment I have stayed in Europe. The vibe is very homey and it was spotless clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. It is an easy and relaxing 15-20 mins walk to the city center :) Highly recommended

Great stay! The team was very attentive and ensured all needs were met and consistently checked in to see if any additional items or disposables (like trash bags, paper towels etc) were running low and in need of resupply. The owner is a very nice person. I highly recommend staying at their apartment!

Sehr schönes u.sauberes Apertment mit super Ausstattung Ruhig u.trotzdem zentral gelegen. erreicht man zu Fuss oder per Tram schnell die City oder Ausflugsziele..

Casa pulita, letto comodo, presenza di aria condizionata. Posizione vicinissima a fermate di tram e autobus, 20min a piedi dal centro e dalla funivia per il monte. Presenza di market, caffetterie e forni a pochi metri. L\'appartamento è su un viale alberato e la temperatura la sera era molto piacevole.
