Accogliente appartamento al piano terra in uno chalet moderno, questa sistemazione offre tutto ciò di cui gli ospiti potrebbero aver bisogno per un soggiorno fantastico sulle Alpi, in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno. Situato in una posizione tranquilla e soleggiata, l’appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è quindi ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici.
La zona giorno principale sfrutta al meglio la splendida vista sulle montagne grazie a un’ampia porta a vetri che si affaccia sulla terrazza in comune. Qui gli ospiti possono rilassarsi con una tazza di caffè e godersi la tranquillità dei dintorni. Tornando all’interno, il soggiorno rivestito in legno è allo stesso tempo accogliente e moderno. È arredato con un divano, un tavolino da caffè, poltrone e una TV a schermo piatto. Dall’altro lato della stanza si trovano un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e una cucina a pianta aperta. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano cottura misto a induzione e gas, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, set per fonduta e macchina da caffè Nespresso.

Posizione
Situato su un soleggiato versante collinare nel villaggio di Les Frasserands, vicino alla rinomata località di Argentière, questo appartamento si trova in posizione strategica vicino agli impianti di risalita, alle navette e alle piste. Per i principianti, le piste di La Vormaine sono a soli 3 minuti di auto. Per gli sciatori più esperti, anche le piste del Tour Col de Balme sono nelle vicinanze. Alcune delle piste più alte nei dintorni di Argentière consentono di sciare fino a tarda stagione, talvolta addirittura fino all’inizio di maggio.
Durante l’estate la valle offre una vasta gamma di attività, dall’escursionismo e la mountain bike all’alpinismo, all’equitazione, al rafting, al parapendio, al tennis e al golf.
Argentière (a 3 minuti di auto) offre molti dei servizi di cui i visitatori hanno bisogno, tra cui ristoranti e un supermercato. Il mercato settimanale, dove è possibile trovare i migliori prodotti locali, si tiene ogni domenica mattina.
L’aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 25 minuti di auto dalla casa.

Logement lumineux et fidèle à la description. Tres bien situé pour aller skier au Tour. Literie confortable, chauffage et eau chaude ok. Chalet convivial et chaleureux. Loved the position and the view and thought the price very reasonable for 3 bedrooms in season. We also thought the kitchen was well equipped although a cafetiere would have been a welcome addition. Our only real complaint was the lack of wifi.

The place is nice and well located (next to the bus stop for ski lifts and the train station Montroc le Planet). The view from the living room is lovely. The place is spacious and big enough for up to six people. There’s parking, which is very helpful, but it’s a bit of a walk from the flat. You also need to drive or take a bus to the nearest grocery store. This could be tricky if you travel with a small child or elderly parents and have to carry things back and forth from the car.

Troisième séjour à Montroc et premier dans ce logement. Nous avons été déçus par la qualité du bien. Beaucoup de détails cassés, sales et mal entretenus. Les salles de bain devraient être refaites, fuites d'eau, moisissures.... La VMC ne fonctionne pas, ni la hotte dans la cuisine. On ne peut pas accéder au logement, ce qui est un point négatif lorsqu'il faut décharger les affaires. La terrasse n'est pas aménagée pour 6 personnes; une table et 6 chaises auraient été appréciables pour profiter de la belle météo de notre sejour...Les cartes d'hôtes permettant de prendre les transports en commun gratuitement n'étaient pas disponibles dans le logement, nous avons dû les chercher à L'Office du tourisme de Vallorcine, au bon vouloir de la personne bien sympathique qui était à l'accueil. Pour nous, ce logement nécessite quelques petits travaux d'entretien et de rafraîchissement, cependant, son point positif, c'est la vue!! Une vue unique et grandiose sur le Mont Blanc

Le parking privé n'était pas accessible pendant votre séjour en raison de travaux routiers, ce qui vous a été communiqué à l'avance. Les cartes d'hôtes sont à retirer à notre bureau local, elles ne sont pas laissées dans la maison. Cependant, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la vue !

Beautiful apartment just down the road from the Le Tour gondola. Living areas and bedrooms in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are a little dated but still nice and clean. THERE IS NO WIFI!!! IT IS CLEARLY MARKED AS “NOT PROVIDED” ON THE LISTING BUT I DIDN’T THINK TO CHECK THIS AS ASSUMED ALL LETTINGS WOULD HAVE WIFI THESE DAYS! SO WRITING HERE IN CASE OTHERS MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Mark is a pleasant and responsive host and was good to answer all questions beforehand. The local office are not so good and were unable to complete a simple request of providing hand soap and shower soap that should have been provided. If you are reliant on public transport then please note that the last bus from Chamonix/Argentiere is at 9pm so you have to book the night bus tickets online to get you from Argentiere to Montroc after that time.

Chamonix is truly breathtaking, and this house is perfectly situated right by the snowy mountains. It's only a 3-minute walk from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient. The heating in the house is excellent, providing a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Montroc is our favorite base for ski touring in the Mont Blanc massif; the location is perfect. The chalet also has a priceless view on the Mont Blanc from the living room or the cozy terrace. To accommodate 6 friends, the chalet is somewhat minimally equipped. There is only 1 parking space that was unusable (snow not cleared), there is no Wi-Fi and the 4G reception was sketchy, the kitchen is too minimally equipped to cook for 6 (1 small pan, no coffee maker, only a small Nespresso machine), a power outlet that didn't work, and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. While there are 6 beds, one double bed is very narrow, and the room with the pull-out bed is so small that the room is completely filled with beds. There is also no ski room. All in all, a nice chalet, but we have rented chalets in the area for less money that were better equipped for 6 skiers.
