The house is in a great location, right next to the lake and it has a large garden. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of Lugano, which is perfect because the house is in a much quieter and peaceful area than the city center. We had a very cozy and relaxing vacation.

Bewertung für Viola 2: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Unser Aufenthalt in Viola 2 war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und war wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war gut, jedoch fiel bei genauerem Hinsehen etwas Rost an den Heizkörpern auf. Besonders haben wir die Terrasse und den traumhaften Garten genossen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den See war atemberaubend. Beachten sollte man allerdings, dass man alles selbst mitbringen muss, von Klopapier über Bettbezüge bis hin zu Salz und Öl. Handtücher sind vorhanden, werden jedoch nicht gewechselt, und es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft. Eine Mückencreme ist empfehlenswert, da uns die Mücken den Schlaf das ein oder andere Mal gestört haben. Die Anlage eignet sich gut für Familien und bietet ausreichend Platz für Hunde zum Toben. Die Stadt Parlazzo ist bequem etwa 1 km entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Essen und Trinken sind in der Nähe (ca. 500 m).

The apartment was nice and it had a good location near the lake. The kitchen/living room was good and properly equipped. The terrasse was also nice with good garden furniture. However the apartment could benefit from an AC unit as the rooms got very hot during the day. The beds were too soft and caved inwards, so maybe they should be replaced. The available tower-fans were very noisy if they were placed on the floor without an angle, so they absolutely have to be changed or repaired.

The venue was beautiful and the apartment nicely equipped. The people in the reception were very nice and welcoming. The fans were in very poor condition and very loud, so no help at night. We kept everything closed from the sun during the day and air flow with open windows/doors after sunset, but still not enough to keep a reasonable sleeping temperature. I am generally fine without A/C (just more wood on the global warming fire), if there is a functioning fan. The narrow street behind the house (opposite the lake) could use some speed bumps as there was racing in the street after sunset (around midnight a couple of nights), which felt quite unsafe.

Overall space and location are suited for us. We had a comfortable stay. The bathroom can get quite humid and the ventilation can be improved. We would also like to have a bit more supply for toiletries.

wij komen hier ieder weer terug en voor het eerst via Harold geboekt. Was op zich prima alleen de matrassen zijn erg dun. Dus pijn aan de rug. Maar verder perfect.

Schönes Apartment in Traumlage. Die Gegen ist super für Bade und Wanderurlaube. Es ist ruhig und dennoch urban. Das Haus selber ist renoviert und sauber. Leider ist die Parkanlage des Porto Letizia etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An ein paar Stellen wären Renovierungen angebracht z.B. der Pool des Haupthauses ist nicht benutzbar.

Inchecken via receptie. Daar bleek dat we 200 euro borg moesten betalen. Dit kon alleen contant. Of je kon 25 contant betalen zodat je geen eindcontrole zou hebben. Dit bedrag krijg je niet terug. Dit hadden we graag vooraf willen weten. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, helaas ontbrak de hoes van de bank en lag er veel vuil van de vorige bewoners in de achtertuin. Het appartement lig vlak bij het meer, in de ochtend was het rustig in de middag ligt het veld vol met jongeren. Wel een mooie groene omgeving. Helaas had het appartement geen horren dus veel last van muggen.

Das Apartment Viola 2 war toll! Super Lage (nur ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt!), gute Ausstattung (lediglich eine Teekanne mit Teesieb wäre toll!), sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, sauber, modern - ein richtiger Wohlfühlort! Einzig die Matrazen waren sehr weich und haben uns alle täglich mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachen lassen. Dafür gibt´s einen kleinen Minuspunkt - aber ansonsten alles prima! Danke für die Bereitstellung dieser wirklich tollen Unterkunft!
