Ultra Trail Vipava Valley 2025

Up for a challenge along the peaks around the blooming Vipava Valley?   Vipava Valley Ultra Trail is a trail running race that takes place in the Vipava Valley region of Slovenia. The race offers four different distances: 165 km, 110 km, 59 km, 30 km, 15 km 10 km and 11 km hike. The routes take runners through the scenic landscape of the Vipava Valley, with its rolling hills, vineyards, and historic towns.The race attracts runners from around the world and the terrain is challenging, with steep ascents and descents, rocky trails, and varied terrain, making it a great test of endurance and fitness. Lugano Bike Emotions 2025

Semana Santa en Málaga 2025

Experience the pure emotion of the Holy Week with moving Easter parades and passionate processions in Málaga! Celebrated throughout Spain, the week before Easter, it marks the short final period in the life of Jesus Christ named the Passion of Jesus. Semana Santa (Holy Week) is one of 30 Fiestas of International Tourist Interest of Spain, a distinction given to festivals for their importance in Spanish culture and traditions as tourist attractions.  Celebrations in Málaga during this week have 42 brotherhoods carrying sculptures and images resembling the period of the Passion of Jesus in Málaga neighbourhoods. On Holy Monday is the longest parade of the week; on Holy Tuesday is the Virgen de las Penas parade a throne and a religious figure with a mantle of flowers; on Maundy Thursday is the Parade of Legionaries and more to go for the rest of the week. The Radovljica Chocolate Festival 2025

Then you won’t be able to resist the Radovlija Chocolate Festival either!  Running since 2012, the Radovljica Chocolate Festival one of the most important chocolate festivals in Slovenia and is a great opportunity for chocolate lovers to indulge in their passion and discover new flavors and techniques. The annual event is held in the town of Radovljica in April and is dedicated to celebrating chocolate and the art of chocolate making, with a focus on promoting local chocolatiers and their products. During the festival, you can enjoy tastings, workshops, demonstrations, and competitions. There are also stalls selling various chocolate products, from bars and truffles to cakes and hot chocolate drinks.  The festival site will be fenced.
