Great stay easy to access. Local response to help with getting wifi fixed was quick and efficient. Private parking garage was convenient and was easy to find, though the actual spot cd do with a better sign, maybe one on the wall. Close to town and restaurants. Overall great first experience to Sestriere, thank you.

I traveled with two friends from the US for a ski vacation in Sestriere. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed and was close to all that Sestriere has to offer. Best of all, we could walk across the road and ski to cappuccino at DaCasse!

Apartment ideally located only 200m from the slopes, and 100m from the (underground) parking space. Roberta’s messaging communication was first class, he was readily available during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would definitely return again!

First time in Sestriere, myself and my family had a wonderful stay. The location is right next to the slopes with a very short walk into town. The property is a great place, clean, cozy and safe with everything that we needed. Will certainly use again if we return. Thank you 🤩

Super séjour en famille. Appartement spacieux pour la montagne et doté de deux chambres dont une très grande. Il y a de nombreux rangements, porte manteaux et la grande étagère en bois dans l’entrée est parfaite pour ranger les chaussures de ski, casques… Il y a aussi un emplacement pour faire sécher les skis dans l’entrée avec des bacs pour que l’eau ne s’égoutte pas au sol. Surprise aussi de découvrir un lave vaisselle qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Le personnel de l’agence a été très réactif quand nous leur avons indiqué que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le problème a été réglé très vite. Une Petite attention vous attend à votre arrivée. Les instructions avant l’arrivée sont très claires et détaillées. La récupération des clefs ultra simple et rapide. Le parking privé est à proximité mais avec la taille de notre camion nous n’avons pas pu y accéder. Aucune importance, il y a un parking au pied des marches de la résidence. L’accès aux pistes est très proche et pour le retour, on peut arriver en ski juste de l’autre côté de la rue. L’emplacement est top et la résidence est calme. Une supérette est à proximité ainsi que de nombreux bars et restaurants. L’appartement se trouve dans la deuxième résidence.

The location of the apartment was amazing, so close to the slopes and with the underground parking right under the ski shops it was perfect for us. The apartment was really clean and nice. The only downsides were that the bed in the main bedroom was really hard which did impact on sleep a bit, but we were tired out from skiing so not too badly, also the Wifi stopped working halfway through the week. I would highly recommend, especially for the price and convenience.

Excellent location. in the vicinity of village center with a nearby, walking distance, from supermarket and restaurants. Ludovico from Happy Rentals was very welcoming and supportive, Parking, although not under the apartment, was excellent and advantageous.
