We had a fantastic day! Marco was a pleasure to work with, and he was very flexible with our arrival time. The Villa itself has been kept in fantastic condition. Everything was very comfortable during our day. Unfortunately, there were lots of bugs and insects, but that’s to be expected in Puglia. Overall, our group had a great stay! We will be back.

Une très belle demeure, spacieuse au top. Superbe piscine, le parfum du jasmin superbement enivrant. Seul petit bémol une chambre inutilisable humidité et insectes mais une solution nous a été proposé. Nous etions 13 et tout le monde a adoré ce lieu.

Maison de caractère agréable à vivre à plusieurs, avec un point d'honneur pour l'acceuil, la propreté et petit plus, pour la présence sur la propriété de chats adorables...Conforme à la description, mais si je devais émettre un avis négatif, ce serait la proximité de la route qui entraîne quelques nuisances surtout nocturnes, actuellement quelques travaux dans les environs proches peuvent être gênant en matinée. D'autre part manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine ce qui limite les possibilités de cuisine, même si l'essentiel y est...

L’appartamento gestito da Maria e Marco é semplicemente straordinario. Abbiamo trascorso in 12 persone una vacanza di 7 giorni in questa bellissima Masseria, dotata di tutti i confort. Le foto rispecchiano assolutamente la masseria. La comunicazione con Marco è stata semplice e continua, host super reattivo. La masseria è facile da raggiungere ed é comoda e strategica nella sua posizione per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse come Lecce e altre piccole cittadine. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo e la consiglio a tutti coloro che intendono fare una experience in una vera masseria salentina. Matteo

Fantastic house!!! The staff was so helpful and nice. We missed some things in the kitchen but they came immediately with new kitchen supplies that were new. I really recommend this property for all looking for a perfect place to stay. The pictures of the house don’t show how nice it really is. We had a wonderful week at Masseria Misocampo and made daytrips in the region as well as just hanging in this super nice house. The village Calimera don’t have to much to offer but with car that wasn’t a problem.

Great stay with good friends in Masseria Misocampo. Very nice villa with 6 big rooms, nice swimmingpool, bbq area, so definately we will repeat. Perfect for big groups, we were 15 friends. Marco, the person in charge very helpful and ready when we contacted. The only issue maybe was that sometimes light went off if all electrich on, so maybe good to have a bit more power. Thanks

Masseria Misocampo is hidden jewel! Beautifully and tastefully restored old farmhouse with a great outdoor and pool area. The original stone ceiling and features are complemented by modern and stylish furniture and lighting. Each room has ensuite bathrooms around the beautiful courtyard and there is a great kitchen, common area, outdoor BBQ. Air conditioning works great in every room! Fabulous for families and or group of friends. Hosts are amazingly helpful and responsive. You need a car to get to the shore but in 15-20 min you can get anywhere! Grocery stores are a few min drive. We cannot wait to be back!

Ho soggiornato a Masseria Misocampo con 14 amici. Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni stupendi, la casa è grande, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per stare con gli amici. Ci sono 6 stanze tutte con il proprio bagno, arredate con una grande attenzione ai dettagli. La piscina e il gazebo sono perfetti per passare dei bei momenti in compagnia, accompagnati da impianto audio spaziale, che circonda tutta la casa. Anche se la zona non è centrale, la casa è isolata e permette di mettere musica senza essere disturbati. Essendo poi a soli 15 min dall’adriatico risulta molto comoda per godersi qualche giornata al mare. I proprietari si sono subito messi a disposizione per qualsiasi imprevisto o problema creatosi e sono stati molto gentili nel regalarci pasticciotti e rustici. Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente.

We (3 families of 5 each) had an amazing time at Masseria Misocampo. It all started when we arrived and drove through the gate with all 3 hire cars having squealing kids, so excited by what they saw. We were all blown away by this amazing villa, the spacious pool, jasmine flowers climbing everywhere, huge rooms and terrace, quality bathrooms and comfy beds. As we were one of the first guests here we had a few questions and requests as the week went on and Maria and family were always so responsive and answered our every request for extra utensils and the like to ensure the place was fully stocked. The pastries and pies they gave us too were delicious! The surrounding area is not the most picturesque part of Italy, but that didnt matter because the villa was so secluded and peaceful. Only 20 mins to the beaches on the Adriatic coast and just a few mins drive to nearby Martano which was lovely for a few nights out. We enjoyed the week so much and would love to go back again one day!

Haus ist sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Auch die Aussenanlage ist super, sehr grosser Pool, toller Bereich mit vielen Liegen, Lounge und Betten zum Relaxen. Jedes Zimmer ist ein einzelnes Apartment mit Bad.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.

We were a group of 10 and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the property is beautiful. While the property is next to a road, it’s not noticeable and the masonary keeps the rooms nice and quiet for deep sleep overnight. The pool was a godsend in hot late August and the sound system is great to add some ambience. We had some issues with not being able to check in before 16:00 and, when we arrived, the fridge had clearly not been connected before our arrival, so some groceries melted or spoiled in the time that it took to cool down. We also were disappointed by the very little amount of toilet paper and dish detergent left for our 5 night stay. Most couples ran out of their only roll provided on the first night! The property managers said we would be required to purchase any extra. At the time of our stay, the property was managed by a third party. Communication with them was not satisfactory as you would get template responses from different agents each time.

Wir haben die Masseria Misocampo mit unserer Familie und zwei weiteren Gästen anlässlich einer Hochzeit besucht und waren vom ersten Tag an begeistert. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die schnelle Reaktion des Teams vor Ort waren hervorragend. Kleinere Probleme wie eine schlecht abfließende Dusche oder zu wenige Fernbedienungen fürs Hoftor wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Küchenausstattung könnte für die Anzahl an Gästen etwas umfangreicher sein – besonders wenn, wie bei uns, täglich gekocht wird. Die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist wegen der Lautstärke nicht ideal, fiel im Laufe des Aufenthalts aber kaum noch ins Gewicht. Der gut sortierte Conad-Supermarkt in Calimera ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
