Het is een mooi appartement met een eigen balkon op de derde verdieping met twee slaapkamers en een uitnodigende woonkamer, ideaal voor 4 personen. De lichte woonkamer is een zoete combinatie van vintage-stijl en eigentijds meubilair zoals een bank, een eettafel set, een antieke spiegel met een tafel en een vintage vitrine. Gasten kunnen een bezoek brengen aan de restaurants en bars aan het strand in dezelfde nabijheid. Anders, om de tijd binnenshuis door te brengen, zijn supermarkten gunstig gelegen op 4 minuten loopafstand om zelf te koken. Historische bezienswaardigheden zoals La Pigna, Forte di Santa Tecla, Villa Ormond en andere attracties waaronder musea zijn allemaal te voet bereikbaar in minder dan 12-15 minuten. Gezinnen met kinderen kunnen parken en speeltuinen in de buurt bezoeken of gaan vissen bij Amici Fishing, op 15 minuten lopen van het appartement. Als je je avonden buiten het strand en de stad wilt doorbrengen, is er ook een casino op 6 minuten rijden. Op 7 minuten rijden of 23 minuten lopen ligt het Lungomare Hiking Trail, een geweldige optie om dicht bij de natuur te blijven. Such a lovely apartment, just like in the photos! The location is perfect. There’s a 24/7 supermarket and nice restaurants / cafe / bars nearby, and it’s only a 7–10 minute walk to both the train station and the beach. Roberto is a truly kind and helpful host, he arranged an early check-in for us and also let us check out later than usual, which was super appreciated! There was a small misunderstanding at check-in, but Roberto was always in touch and ready to help. I’d love to come back to Sanremo for my next vacation and stay here again. Definitely recommend!!!

Really loved staying here! The location is great and close to everything. It feels like a home away from home, especially since all the furniture is solid wood and well cared for instead of cheap and haphazard like some rentals. The neighbors are quiet, and the area is quiet. The rental company is responsive. The only thing I would change about this is to be more practically stocked in terms of kitchen utensils and supplies. I intended to cook for the duration of our stay, but unfortunately we just didn’t have the equipment to do so. Otherwise, I would come back during the next trip. The apartment really added to the quality of our stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment à Sanremo. L’appartement était fonctionnel, proche du centre-ville (moins de 10 minutes à pied). Il est proche d’une des plages privées. Il y a plusieurs restaurants, centre commerciale, et boulangeries à proximités. Il est à 5 minutes de la gare. Il y a tout dans l’appartement et le lave-linge se trouve à l’extérieur sur le balcon.
