Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch das Happy Rentals-Team. Die hübsche Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und nur wenige Minuten vom See und der Altstadt entfernt. Bett und Schlafcouch sind sehr bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings recht minimalistisch eingerichtet - wünschenswert wäre die Bereitstellung von Pfeffer & Salz in der Küche sowie Ablageflächen (z.B. kleiner Nachttisch) und Hänger für Handtücher & Kleidung. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir wurden von Naomi sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartment liegt nahe des Zentrums, trotzdem recht ruhig. Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten, hell und sehr schön, da in einem Altbau mit Parkettboden und hohen Fenstern. Es ist mit kleiner Küche und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett war uns persönlich etwas zu weich und wir haben Nachttische vermisst, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Gerne wieder!

The space, the location, the kitchen, the bed, the bathroom. Everything was really great and for the price so worth it. Really easy picking up the key and dropping it off when checking out. Even the kind gesture of a bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch! We would definitely stay again.

Расположение квартиры замечательное - в пешей доступности от автобусной станции, до парка 5 минут и до ближайшего большого супермаркета так же минут 5. Квартира чистая и явно недавно отремонтирована, однако в ней отсутствуют значимые для проживания элементы. Например, в квартире нет ни одного шкафа, комода или полок, чтобы разметить свои вещи. В том числе верхнюю одежду при входе. Даже в ванной нет ни одного крючка для полотенец, поэтому полотенца пришлось сушить на ручках дверей. Нет ни одного зеркала кроме небольшого в ванной и посуда очень лимитирована - на троих было три маленьких чашки.

地理位置很好 离市中心很近 很方便 很安静 楼下就是扔垃圾的地方 不便的是短租或者长租对于换洗衣服很不方便 没有办法洗衣服 沟通也很麻烦 感觉就是要你一直等回复 必须要更多主动不停的打听和问询

I was in Lugano for a week, and was looking for an alternative to a small and expensive hotel room. Having an apartment for the week was great, and it's in a great location a short walk from the water. Check-in and check-out was contactless, which made it really easy. Everything was very clean and in great shape. All in all, I felt it was well worth the price paid, and would happily stay here again if I ever make it back to Lugano.

La posizione dell'alloggio rispetto al centro della città. Il letto era commodo e il bagno grande. Unico problema è che anche se c'è un divano-letto, non è proprio un appartamento per 4 persone. Cioè dipende dalla relazione tra le persone visto che per andare in bagno si deve passare dalla camera da letto. Per il resto siamo stati bene.

Toll eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung in super Lage, nicht weit entfernt vom See. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr bequemes Bett und Schlafsofa. Der Schlüssel ist an anderer Stelle abzuholen als die Wohnung liegt, das ist aber nicht weit entfernt und gut erklärt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - z.B. haben wir das WLAN-Passwort nirgendwo gefunden und es schnell erfragen können. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist allerdings sehr "clean" und ein wenig unpersönlich (z.B. keine haltbaren Lebensmittel von Vormieter*innen, z.B. Salz und Pfeffer). Es erschien uns hochpreisig, das Preisniveau in der Schweiz ist aber natürlich auch hoch.

The keys were collected from a property company office just around the corner from the apartment which was about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Instructions were clear and sent in advance and the staff were friendly and helpful. Once in the apartment which had lift access, it was clean, convenient and well equipped. The welcome gift was a nice touch. The apartment was quiet and yet in a good position for the lake, town, shops and restaurants.

Cosy apartment with everything needed for a short stay. The location was great, almost in downtown. There are many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. The lake, Station are in walking distances. The check-jn and check-out were very well arranged.

The apartment is nice and pleasant to stay in, we had everything to make our own breakfast. I could suggest minor improvements that could make it even more practical: 1) ikea hanger in the small room where the iron was. Otherwise there is no place where to put clothes; 2) small table and lights next to the bed in the bedroom, it will be more cozy with small lights and there will be a place where to put watches, book, rings before sleep. Otherwise thank you very much for very good service!

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst auch. Lediglich einen Verbesserungswunsch hätten wir. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen, weder einen Schrank noch Haken und Bügel. Alles andere ist perfekt.

The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfectly located, clean and the kitchen was amply furnished with necessary utensils. The only things the apartment need are, 1. side stools in the sitting area, 2. bed side stools and 3. a wardrobe to hang clothes.
