I wanted to make sure that we had a nice accommodation to rest in after a long series of flights, and the pictures for this apartment showed an absolutely peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As usual, the apartment was nice, but not as nice as was portrayed… there was also an outlet sticking out of the wall, with all the wires, over the sink in the bathroom. The apartment is located on a relatively busy street, one floor up from street level. I was most surprised though, especially after such a long travel, that there was no water, no tea and no coffee available in the apartment. I am an avid traveler, and this was the first time that I experienced this. I don’t know if I would classify it as a lack of hospitality, but it is extremely difficult for me to feel positively about this expensive an accommodation without the provision of these basic items.

We arrived with our SIM card in our cell phone and the door code in hand. The code we entered didn't work. We tried 2-3 times. Maybe we got a number wrong... We went to find Wi-Fi and texted the host that we were unable to open the door without a response. It was 11:00 p.m. We were tired from a long plane ride. We went to a hotel where the employee called the phone numbers for us to reach the host without any response (3 numbers tried). We were forced the first night to take another hotel room. Cost 190 Euros. The next day after buying a SIM card we were able to reach the host at the same number who didn't answer the day before. We arranged to meet at 1 p.m. the next day at the Lavanda apartment and they helped us get in and left the keys etc. To date we have not received a refund for the first night of a 4-night stay.

However, no further messages were received at that time, and our property manager was not contacted directly, even though their number was also provided in the instructions. We understand that the situation was stressful, especially after a long journey. That said, we always encourage guests to follow the instructions provided or to contact the on-site team directly for urgent matters, especially late at night. The next day, we were glad to assist you and ensure a smooth check-in from that point onward. Regarding the first night, as the apartment was available and ready for check-in and no technical issue was found with the code, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for the hotel stay. Razočarani jer klima uredaj ne radi a grijanje tek pustila Nakon nase intervencije iza 22 sata. Po danu obilazis grad, dodes u app i onda se dodatno smrzavas. Za 4 nocenja svaka osoba dobije 1 veliki i 1 mali rucnik a 3 osobe zajedni 1 kuhinjsku krpu. Mozete dobiti i vise ali uz nadoplatu. Dozatori sapuna i sampona daju po jednu kap . Na kaucu moze spavati dijete a ne odrasla osoba.razvucen se spusta do poda,voljela bi vidjeti osobu koja je stavila posteljinu kako spava na nizbrdici.

Razočarani jer klima uredaj ne radi a grijanje tek pustila Nakon nase intervencije iza 22 sata. Po danu obilazis grad, dodes u app i onda se dodatno smrzavas. Za 4 nocenja svaka osoba dobije 1 veliki i 1 mali rucnik a 3 osobe zajedni 1 kuhinjsku krpu. Mozete dobiti i vise ali uz nadoplatu. Dozatori sapuna i sampona daju po jednu kap . Na kaucu moze spavati dijete a ne odrasla osoba.razvucen se spusta do poda,voljela bi vidjeti osobu koja je stavila posteljinu kako spava na nizbrdici.

As our properties are self-catered, cleaning services, cooking, and toiletries are not typically included. Towels are provided once, but we were happy to offer you extra towels at no charge following your request. We truly hope you were able to enjoy the beauty of the area during your stay.
