Regarding the dishwasher tablets, we provide a starter welcome kit intended to cover guests' immediate needs upon arrival. Usually guests buy these items based on their needs. We also regret the inconvenience related to waste disposal. Our local team is always available to assist guests with practical information, including waste collection procedures, and would have been happy to help had we been contacted during the stay. With regard to the check-out experience, we are sorry if the timing of our housekeeping team's arrival felt intrusive. We would, however, like to clarify a few important points regarding the check-in process: The arrival instructions were sent in advance and clearly explain how to access the apartment, including the door code and contact information for the property manager. According to our records, these instructions were viewed before your arrival. At midnight, we received your message stating that you had no access information. We replied promptly, asking if you were able to enter. However, no further messages were received at that time, and our property manager was not contacted directly, even though their number was also provided in the instructions. We understand that the situation was stressful, especially after a long journey. That said, we always encourage guests to follow the instructions provided or to contact the on-site team directly for urgent matters, especially late at night. The next day, we were glad to assist you and ensure a smooth check-in from that point onward. Regarding the first night, as the apartment was available and ready for check-in and no technical issue was found with the code, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for the hotel stay. As our properties are self-catered, cleaning services, cooking, and toiletries are not typically included.
