Locatie

Of het nu gaat om Playa de la Fontanilla, de romantische terrasvormige straatjes van de oude historische binnenstad, het nachtleven van Marbella of een supermarkt om boodschappen te doen, alles ligt hier op loopafstand. Op 15 minuten lopen hebben gasten toegang tot de Plaza de la Constitución, de Plaza de los Naranjos, het Parque Alameda met weelderige mediterrane begroeiing en fonteinen, de sculpturen van Dalí en nog veel meer! Bovendien ligt de met palmbomen omzoomde Paseo Marítimo van Marbella vlakbij, met aan de ene kant de bruisende stad en aan de andere kant de rust van de zee. Watersporten zoals surfen en kajakken zijn ook mogelijk, aangezien de zee slechts een paar stappen verderop ligt.
Voor wie graag toeristische activiteiten onderneemt: Cabopino ligt op een handige 20 minuten rijden hiervandaan. En Puerto Banús, perfect om de hele nacht door te feesten, ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden hiervandaan! De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is Málaga-Costa del Sol, op ongeveer 50 minuten rijden van dit vakantiehuis in Marbella.

We had a wonderful stay in this Marbella apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The airflow and AC work great, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the shower is fantastic with both rainfall and handheld options. The neighborhood is lovely and within walking distance of great restaurants, the Old Town, the historic center, the paseo marítimo, and a beautiful beach. The apartment is well-equipped and includes a washing machine. A few suggestions would be to add a coffee machine, soap dishes or shelves in the shower and by the sink, some basic cleaning supplies, and have all beds made regardless of guest count. The only downside was occasional noise from upstairs neighbors late in the evening. Street parking can be limited, but we always found a spot. A special thank you to Anna, who was amazing, attentive, responsive, and accommodating with both an early check-in and a later check-out. We would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go to a different location to pick up the key and especially to go back to that location to drop it off when we were leaving. One of our party had to walk 15 minutes to drop the key off and then join the rest of us later. Other than that we loved our stay. Great location and very clean!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants/ bars, with easy transport links to puerto banus etc. The host was absolutely amazing being very responsive to any queries. Nous avons adorés notre séjour à cet endroit! Très bien situé, près de plusieurs restaurants et à un coin de rue de la plage et du boardwalk. We stayed as a family of 5 in the apartment and had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is within walking distance of the Old Town and there are many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The nearby beach is also really good. The apartment is in a quiet area so no issues with noise and it was clean and comfortable. We managed to find free street parking in the area but there are nearby payable parking areas as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious, clean and modern apartment. Located conveniently near the beach and a short walk to the old town. Communication from the host was excellent pre, during and post stay. We come to Marbella often and stay between apartments and hotels, we will certainly be back!

Logement très propre et bien situé. Très beau séjour à cette endroit. Seul défault très peu de stationnement gratuit dans la rue et stationnement public très chère 30 Euro par jour.

Vi er fornøyd med oppholdet vårt. Kort avstand til stranden, butikker, restauranter osv. Og et stort pluss at leiligheten har terrasse!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! Een heel behulpzame en vriendelijke host die snel reageert. De buurt is ook heel fijn, winkels en het strand zijn vlakbij en je bent omringd door leuke cafés! :)
