Op slechts een korte wandeling afstand vindt u de promenade langs het meer, gezellige cafés en lokale winkeltjes. Het historische kasteel van Padenghe ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand en biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende wijngaarden. Tolle Unterkunft in einer charmanten Villa mit einem außergewöhnlich schönen Außenbereich. Sehr großzügig gestaltet, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen sowie einem fantastischen Pool mit beeindruckendem Ausblick. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Matratzen ausgesprochen bequem. Besonders schön ist auch die authentische Gelateria, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

The property is beautifully situated with a view of the lake; it’s clean and well-maintained. The building is old but has been converted into a guesthouse, and there’s an elevator. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is quite large; the kids really enjoyed it. There’s grass and shrubs all around, with a few trees. The owner is very friendly and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Access is via a narrow road, but it’s safe. I recommend it for people who like to walk—it’s a 10-minute walk to town, with a few stairs, but the walk isn’t strenuous. They have great coffee, pastries, and cold cuts there—and cheeses, of course. And olive oil. The lake is a bit further—about a 30- to 40-minute walk—but you can drive there; there are parking lots. There’s a well-stocked grocery store nearby with good food products.
