Emplacement top, face à la mer, plage ayant plus de sable que de cailloux contrairement à celle du centre, centre ville accessible à pied . Grand logement. Au rez de chaussée, sans extérieur, le chemin d'accès des autres bâtiments passe le long des fenêtres du salon et de la chambre mais ce n'est pas bruyant. La proximité de la route et de la voie de chemin de fer n'apporte pas de nuisances sonores non plus. Gare Menton Garavan à 15 minutes à pied, idéal pour vous rendre à Monaco en toute quiétude. La machine expresso est une lavazza, attention on en trouve pas partout. Le stationnement dans les rues adjacentes est passé en zone bleue depuis juin 2024 (3h avec disque). Un parking à côté de super U (à 2 pas du logement) est payant uniquement en Juillet et Août. Je recommande!

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need. There was a nice welcome pack, great supermarket nearby. The bed was really comfortable and there were spare pillows and blankets. Towels provided for bathroom. Location is brilliant. It was great to walk across the road and dive into the sea at the fabulous beach! The old town is a short walk. You need to collect the key from the office before you check in. Clear instructions are provided and we could leave the key in the apartment on check out.

Good location. Spacious apartment for 2 people, if a bit dark inside. Problems rectified quickly by Happy Rentals including replacing coffee machine. Need a better key pick up as a long walk with suit cases from office, and then have to walk back with the key at the end? Curtains need sorting out as they don’t pull easily. One matching bedside light has no socket to plug into? Socket hanging off wall in lounge, not sure if ‘live’? No scissors, older people need those to get into packets! [ you can’t bring them flying with cabin baggage] Despite the building site we didn’t know about until we got there the location made it a good choice, not sure we would return. belle appartement la table est pas top car on ne peu pas s appuyer dessus en mangeant ,le linge a du mal a sécher sur le séchoir.pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine (le seul couteau a disposition ne coupe pas) literie confortable. logement avec du rangement .La piscine sur le toit est un plus et proche plage et restaurant. nous avons passez un bon séjour.

Location vicinissimo e comodo alle spiagge e alla passeggiata Promenade du Soleil con spiagge libere e stabilimenti balneari con bar e ristoranti Inoltre comodo per raggiungere il centro della ville Menton.Inoltre a circa 5 minuti a piedi comodo Supermarket provvisto di tutto. Possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito con disco orario lungo la via Port de France oppure nei parcheggi limitrofi a pagamento. L'abitazione e' adatta sia a persone anziane che a famiglie con bambini.

Location was great. Across the rd from beach, supermarket close, walk into town. Access to pool, communication and instructions for check in.Size of apartment and cleanliness of towels and bedding.

Location vicinissimo e comodo alle spiagge e alla passeggiata Promenade du Soleil con spiagge libere e stabilimenti balneari con bar e ristoranti Inoltre comodo per raggiungere il centro della ville Menton.Inoltre a circa 5 minuti a piedi comodo Supermarket provvisto di tutto. Possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito con disco orario lungo la via Port de France oppure nei parcheggi limitrofi a pagamento. L'abitazione e' adatta sia a persone anziane che a famiglie con bambini.
