Host did not email specific instructions until we reached out the day we arrived. No problems after that but make sure you get info before arrival. Also no mention of how to get in parking garage after hours in instructions. Had to call and was told the blue plastic key electronically opens gate

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser in der Nähe von Restaurants, Bars und Bademöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick aus dem Küchen Fenster war unglaublich. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen Ventilatoren ausgestattet, wodurch man auch bei warmen Temperaturen angenehm schlafen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würden diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Allerdings innerhalb der Sperrzone und man kommt nicht direkt mit dem Auto hin. Es war eine ziemliche Schlepperei, dass Gepäck ca. 300m durch die Stadt in die Wohnung zu bekommen. Für den Abreisetag habe ich mir über die Agentur eine Einfahrtsgenehmigung geholt, was eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die inkludierte Parkgarage ist auch Luxus in der Gegend und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnungstür musste man abschließen damit sie nicht von alleine aufgeht. Der Boden war optisch eigentlich sauber aber an den Füßen hat man gesehen, dass nicht wirklich gewischt wurde. Wir hatten aber insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben Riva und die Umgebung sehr genossen.

The place was in the fifth floor with no elevator and hard to get your luggage up there. Other than that everything was a great experience.. grazie

We arrived and the place hadn't been cleaned since the last visitor. As it was late in the evening we had no options to move and no clean bed sheets. After contacting them they had a cleaner out the following morning. The response was quick and they refunded that night, which was far. Unfortunately a lot of the cups, glasses and pots etc. we're dirty from not being cleaned properly for long periods. the coffee machine didn't work. There was no kettle. A very central location and great communication from the management company. Just dissapointed with the overall cleanliness versus the price.

The apartment is well located in the centre of the old town, but this means it is also in a very noisy area with loud noises continuing until well after midnight - it is not possible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise, but too hot to sleep with the windows closed. The apartment is run down and dated - kitchen cupboards are broken and don't close properly, the fridge is old and dirty, the shower is small with very poor water pressure, the front door doesn't latch (you have to lock to keep shut), the pull string on the bathroom exhaust fan broke off, the light in the fourth floor stairwell did not work, the furniture is very old and tired. We were excited to find a bottle of prosecco awaiting us on arrival - a lovely touch, but I would rather a more honest set of photos.
