I stayed in this apartment for 2 days and had an excellent experience. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and fully equipped—perfect for families or groups, with three comfortable bedrooms. The location is quiet and safe, making it a great place to relax. The only thing to note is that the apartment does not have a view of natural scenery or a lake, so if that’s important to you, it’s something to consider. Overall, I highly recommend this place and appreciate the host’s hospitality and attention to detail!

prostorný čistý apartmán strategická poloha - kousek od jezera, centra i COOPu velká výhoda je parkovací místo u domu jelikož jsme měli dovolenou v březnu, kdy je ještě zima, první večer jsme neměli úplně teplo, než se dům vytopil... pak už bylo vše v pořádku :-)

The house inside was just as the pictures described, however, the location was not. The first night we got there - the hot water was turned off but we were able to get in back on with the help of the property manager. If you're planning on staying before Oct, there is NO heater. We were told that the property is with a HOA and the heat does not turn on until Oct 15th. It was cold so we had to have the property manager bring us more blankets since each bed only had one. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked but we didn't eat in much so that was ok. Also, each guest only got one towel - I would recommend stocking house with more towels. Overall the house was nice and good for our group of 6 but the location was not as we expected.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns und unsere Kinder. Es wurden viele kinderfahrzeuge zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Lage war top. Einzig kleines Manko war, dass es zu wenig europäische Steckdosen gab. Man sollte hier auf Adapter hinweisen.

Casa situata a 5 minuti dal centro di Riva, facilità di spostamenti. Casa molto accogliente e davvero grande. 4 bagni sono molto comodi essendo in 6 persone. Check-in flessibile e host molto disponibile. Purtroppo il Wi-Fi non funzionava però per il resto è andato tutto bene. Offre anche un parcheggio privato davanti l’abitazione.

المسكن بشكل عام لابأس به يتكون من فيلا طابقين وبدورم فيه غرفة نوم تحتوي على سرير اريكه وغرفة غسيل ملابس الدور الأرضي يحتوي على صالة ومطبخ الدور العلوي يحتوي ثلاث غرف نوم غرف النوم لا يعمل بها المكيف للأسف فقط غرفة واحدة تم ابلاغ المكتب وارسل فني الصيانة وللأسف تم ملاحظة ان المكيف لايحتوي فريون تم التصعيد وتم تعويضي بعدد مروحتين وطالبت بالتعويض بالمال وتم ذلك وتسجيل مغادرة متأخرة النوافذ بغرف النوم لا تحتوي على ستائر عازله للضوء المسكن بحاجة للصيانة والاهتمام اكثر وبعض اللمسات الفنية وسيكون بعدها مسكن جميل
