Het comfortabele vakantiehuis heeft een overdekt balkon met charmant uitzicht op de Mont Blanc en verfrissend groen om je ontbijt of koffie 's avonds te vergezellen. Het interieur bevat een kitchenette met essentiële apparatuur zoals een koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, broodrooster, kookplaat en koelkast. De woonkamer staat in directe verbinding met het balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, samen met een kledingkast voor extra opslagruimte. Het appartement bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van een gebouw met 4 verdiepingen, wat zorgt voor een gemakkelijke toegang en een rustige sfeer. Binnen 5 minuten lopen kunnen gasten het treinstation Chamonix-Aiguille du Midi, verschillende bakkerijen, pizzeria's, supermarkten zoals Carrefour en de Compagnie Du Mont Blanc bereiken, die een verbinding vormt met de Grotto Ice Caves en Mer De Glace. Daarnaast liggen een paar avonturenparken, speciaal voor kinderen, en de toeristische trekpleister, het prachtige Gare du Montenvers, op slechts 5 minuten van hier. Voor off-piste skiërs zijn de Brevent kabelbaan en PlanPraz skiliften ook dichtbij (15 minuten lopen). Dit vakantiehuis is dus een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie en skiën in de Franse Alpen. Een ander mooi skigebied, Les Houches, ligt ook op slechts 15 minuten rijden met de auto en de dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is de luchthaven van Genève, op ongeveer 1 uur en 20 minuten van hier. Parkeerplaatsen zijn wie het eerst komt, wie het eerst maalt en beschikbaarheid is niet gegarandeerd.

What a great little apartment! Perfect location for getting around, a spar shop and ski/snowboard hire shop right across the square and then everything else within a maximum of 15 minute walk. Microwave with built in grill and a hob to make self catering super easy! Only thing we did miss was a proper oven the first night as we arrived late so was going to grab some quick and easy frozen pizzas, fortunately there was a very tasty pizza shop (with takeaway and eat in options) a short walk away 🤪 Shampoo, shower gel, one dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid & two bin bags supplied which was a lovely touch. Some sugar, tea and coffee sachets would have been an amazing addition for the first night late arrival but not the end of the world!! 🤣 All in all, a great stay was had and we would highly recommend Marks Place.

Great little flat. Location is good and it’s close to town and Cham Sud for the ski bus. It was clean and well presented. Only thing I’d say is the bunk bed is a bit wobbly and it wasn’t ideal for adults. But for kids it’s fine if they can jump.

Really nice apartment in an amazing location. 2 minutes walk to chamonix centre and very close to chamonix sud bus station. Would definitely stay here again.

A cosy, comfortable well appointed apartment, with all that we needed for basic cooking, and very well located for ski buses and town centre. A new listing, so still a few glitches that need sorting, but local office very easy to contact face to face or online

Great location, you can easily get anything you need within the area by walking. There are some bars downstairs, they could be noisy sometime…in generally you get what you pay for.

The location was fantastic—close to everything I needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had all the basic essentials for a comfortable visit (note there is no wifi...which it does say in the description, which I missed it when booking. Fortunately there are a couple hotels nearby that I was able to buy a tea and work from when I needed to). We had an issue with the TV, but the management company was very responsive and sorted the problem within a couple of hours. The apartment was a bit smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you need extra space...it's fine for a couple of friends or a small family. Also, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear some noises from neighboring units. By no means did it ruin my stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a great place for a short stay, especially if location is your top priority!

Leiligheten er svært godt plassert, romslig og med det nødvendige av fasiliteter. Dessverre er bygget av en lavere kvalitet med mye støy/festing langt på natt, og rus. Sikkert bra for de som liker sånt, men passer dårlig for de som skal tidlig opp og bruke fjellet (som bør være grunnen til å dra til Chamonix?). Happy Rentals responderte godt og utbedret småfeil uten tap av tid. Så ingenting å si på service, men renslighet var middels til svak. Ikke gjort rent i skuffer/ hyller etc. Oppsummert står stedet i stil med prisen, men kan være greit å ta med ørepropper for de som har et lett sovehjerte. Rensligheten tipper jeg blir bedre etter denne tilbakemeldingen. Takk
