Best check-in instructions that I have ever received from an Airbnb. Bit of a rocky start as I checked in early (kindly allowed by the management) but the cleaner had not yet arrived. The management company was extremely responsive though and sent the cleaner as soon as possible and provided excellent communication and continued assistance throughout my stay. I really enjoyed this rental. It is located across from a private school and a community theater and there are several good local restaurants on the street below. The neighbors were friendly and this unit had plenty of space for working and cooking. I would definitely stay here again.

素敵なバルコニーが魅力の良いお部屋でした。キッチンや水回りはとても清潔で、夜は静かに眠れます。近くにいくつかのスーパーがあり、主要な観光地と駅へのアクセスがよく、立地が最高でした。担当の方は親切で、きちんと対応してくれました。また機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用したいです！ありがとうございます！

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Kurztrip in Nizza. War für 3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend vom Platz her, wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Terrasse war wie auf den Bildern unglaublich schön und auch die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat es nicht weit zum Strand, aber auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten.

Das Apartement liegt optimal zwischen dem Strand (9 min) und dem Bahnhof (5-6 min). Die Lage im 5. Stock ist allerdings für Sportliche. Herrlich Lichtdurchflutet in der Früh( Schlafzimmer,) und am Nachmittag ( Dachterrasse, Wohnzimmer). Für 4 Personen wäre es zu eng, 3 Personen ging gut. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da. Supermarkt um die Ecke, sowie etliche nette Lokale. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder kommen.

The house was very clean and within walking distance to everywhere. For those who don't like walking, it was also close to public transportation. There is no elevator in the building and it is on the top floor, so it may not be suitable for families with children or the elderly, but it was not a problem for us and climbing all the stairs is worth it for that terrace. The terrace was very enjoyable and spacious! A wonderful place that we would like to stay if we come again.

Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung ist in einem Schlüsselsafe, welcher sich an einer anderen Adresse befindet, ungefähr 10 Minuten laufen entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock, ist aber hellhörig gegen die untere Wohnung. Obwohl wir uns normal in der Wohnung bewegten, kam der Nachbar von unten und beschwerte sich, dass er jeden Schritt hört und wir die Stühle beim verschieben anheben sollen, da es sehr hellhörig sei. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, die Wohnung ist Zentral und leise gelegen. Der Balkon haben wir auch sehr genossen.

The stay was delightful! The apartment was in a great central location where everything you need or could want to go was at most a 10 minute walk. Far enough outside of the super touristy areas to make you feel like you were really in the city but close enough that everything was accessible. The apartment was clean and the shower was the best one I had used in all of France, but a small hot water heater so be cautious about too many showers at once. The patio/terrace area is the highlight of the space, and is this reason you’d want to book this place. The space inside is tight but perfect for 2 people and ample kitchen supplies were left to be used. Only small downside was things like toilet paper were a little scarce and we had to pick some up ourselves about half way through the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just be ready to climb the 5 floors of stairs to get in to the apartment! It was a pleasure and we would stay again!

The 5th floor is no joke (5 flights of stairs!) and lugging suitcases up was definitely an endeavour. But the view and balcony was overall worth it - really beautiful and quite the luxury to enjoy especially when the weather is wonderful. The location is also unbeatable! So near the train station and the old town - a perfect balance. There were a few operational problems because I think this is a new property (not enough soap or towels, ran out of toilet paper…) but I think it’s all easy fixes which I’ve shared with the team. I also think it’s generally better to have the key at the property instead of the office. The sofa bed was also big and comfortable. I do think 3 pax is perfect. Overall considering the price and location, it’s a good deal and would be perfect once they sort out the operational kinks!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber (großes Lob an die Putzfrau). Die Klimananlage sah sehr neu aus und funktionierte sehr gut. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten (Geschirrspüler top). Die grosse Terasse ist ein Highlight. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung in der 5.Etage ohne Fahrstuhl ist. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war hervorragend (sehr gute Erklärungen zur Abholung des Schlüssels und zur Wohnung). Bei Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Uns fehlte nur ein neuer Spiegel im Bad und ein größerer Kleiderschrank mit Ablagen und Sitzauflagen für die Terassenstühle.

Rooftop balcony was great and handy with the washing machine. Wine on arrival was very nice and the 2nd property manager was great. (1st one not so great)
