Het ideale appartement voor een gezellige strandvakantie aan de Ligurische kust. Front Beach Magic Sea ligt op slechts 20 meter van het strand. Dit moderne appartement op de eerste verdieping ligt midden in het charmante stadje Laigueglia. Het biedt plaats aan 4 personen en is ideaal voor een gezin of vrienden die Ligurië willen verkennen, met zijn zandstranden en ongerepte heuvels. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een korte trap aan de zijkant van het gebouw. Er is een hal en de meeste kamers komen hierop uit. De luchtige, open woonruimte biedt een ononderbroken uitzicht op zee. De inrichting heeft een nautisch thema met een moderne blauwe bank en fauteuil, een flatscreen-tv en een eettafel voor 6 personen. Aan de achterzijde van de ruimte bevindt zich de strakke inbouwkeuken met een kookeiland met ontbijtbar voor snelle hapjes. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een kookplaat, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en een Moka-koffiezetapparaat. Slaapruimtes Slaapkamer 1: De stijlvolle hoofdslaapkamer is ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed en een ruime kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: Deze gezellige slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed, een uitklapbare werkplek, kledingkasten en een deur die uitkomt op een eigen balkon. Badkamers Het appartement heeft twee moderne badkamers, elk met een glazen douchecabine, wastafel, bidet en toilet. In de grotere badkamer staat een wasmachine. Het is nog steeds een bloeiende vissershaven, waar vissers hun netten repareren aan de kade, en is meerdere malen uitgeroepen tot een van de mooiste stadjes van Italië. De autovrije straten en pleinen maken het een ideale plek voor een avondwandeling. Het strand van de stad is schoon en heeft fijn zand; een wandeling langs de kust is een must. Er zijn vele andere mooie stranden binnen handbereik. De grotere stad Alassio ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Of u kunt de trein langs de kust nemen. Het treinstation van Laigueglia ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het appartement. De wekelijkse markt van Alassio (zaterdagochtend) is de beste plek om lokale producten te kopen, waar u thuis van kunt genieten. Daarnaast zijn er in Laigueglia veel kleinere winkels en supermarkten binnen handbereik. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is de luchthaven van Genua, op 1 uur en 20 minuten rijden van het appartement.

This appartement is managed by a big agency. The supplies in the apartment are poor compared to the price. Eg you get only 1 roll of low quality toilet paper,no coffee pods, kitchen towel, cheap dish washer pods that ruin all glassware… The appartement is not maintained well, worn out bed, missing tiles in the shower, shower door not closing etc. We had to ask the maintenance man to come, but he said some fixes will be done in weeks. Eg we could barely unlock the main entrance door, which could not be fixed. The communication around this was a bit clumsy: we were told the maintenance guy cannot come for days and he showed up in our door 5 minutes later. The location is right in front of the sea, which is very convenient and has an amazing view but it’s at a very noisy main road. The apartment has central airconditioning and different kind of shades, and loads of storage. There is no WiFi which is really weird nowadays. Parking is really hard in the neighborhood.
