It is a place that you dream about coming back to. The apartment was quite spacious, beautifully designed and furnished, with respect to tradition and manifesting artistic sensitivity of the owners (best regards to wonderful Simone!). The view is amazing, the little terrace offers shade, privacy and comfort. We also have to mention the beauty of the garden, the fantastic swimming pool, the relaxed, friendly interactions with the other holiday makers. It is all so relaxing, peaceful, immersed in nature. The hosts are absolutely great - you can turn to them for all you need, and it was so interesting to talk to them - we could only wish to have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Filippo and Simona’s place, hosted through Happy Rentals. The location is really special - private, peaceful and with the most spectacular views. The pool is a real gem and we retired there after the bustle and heat of our day trips and usually had it entirely to ourselves. The location is remote but close enough to the local village of Impruneta where we had amazing gelato and a cold drink before dinner, where we usually went to nearby restaurants which were 10/10 and accessibly by a quick car journey. The villa itself is just breathtaking on appearance, and inside is clean, tidy and comfortable. The AC works flawlessly and we enjoyed many an evening sitting on the terrace listening to the cicadas and enjoying la dolce vita. We will be back!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience! Les lieux sont vraiment enchanteurs et les hôtes sont très sympatiques. Nous avons pu visiter Florence een prenant le bus a 10min. de marche et nous avons aussi choisi de passer une journée entière à profiter de cette perle toscane : piscine, bbq, relaxation. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel chez Harold. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. La qualité de ce logement mérite vraiment d'être soulignée : tout est pensé avec soin, dans un cadre magnifique qui dépasse encore les attentes créées par les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés de pouvoir profiter d'un lieu aussi unique. La propreté était irréprochable, absolument parfaite. Le logement est confortable, paisible et offre un environnement idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons vécu un week-end en amoureux inoubliable dans ce véritable petit coin de paradis à Impruneta. Entre la beauté du lieu, le calme et l'atmosphère si particulière qui s'en dégage, tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir tant nous avons été séduits par l'expérience. Un immense merci à Harold pour son accueil et pour avoir créé un endroit aussi exceptionnel.

The perfect location, accommodation and vibe. Wow is all we can say after saying for 4 nights… easily one of the most beautiful locations and property’s we have ever stayed in. If it’s peace and quiet, with the ultimate tuscan rural vibe, but close enough to get to Florence and the motorway that you are looking for, then this is the perfect place for you. Filippo and his mother looked after us with strong communication before and during our stay. the accommodate is period with everything you need in place. Ive never seen a view through the front door outwards in a morning like it!!! The pool is superb. A car is a must! And don’t go too big as the lanes are tight! Will 100% be staying again. Thank you

Amazing stay in a Tuscan house! The views were breathtaking, close by Florence where a person can enjoy the art and the culture of the city. The house was 5 minutes away with car from a small town where you have grocery store, small bakery and other amenities. The nature around the house was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for daily walks. The host was friendly, responsive and super helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave at all. The accommodation is clean and cozy, and we could have spent whole days sitting on the terrace, just looking at the olive trees. The host was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for peaceful evenings just a short distance from vibrant Florence.

Fomos recepcionados pelo anfitrião Filippo. Muito atencioso e cortês. A apartamento é bem confortável, com excelente estrutura. Água quente com ótimo volume. O único ponto que não mereceu a nota máxima foi a localização. O acesso é meio complicado, com vários trechos sinuosos, sem visibilidade e passando apenas um veículo. Mas é uma excelente opção por seu custo-benefício.

Our week in this beautiful house was wonderful and we could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my special birthday. The house itself is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and the hosts were always helpful. We enjoyed the spectacular natural surroundings, walking everywhere and had a beautiful hike through the olive groves. There is no grocery store or shop close by so I may recommend renting a car. We did not want to because we loved the walk into the town of Impruneta everyday and we wanted the solitude of the countryside. Fillipo did give us the details of a lovely driver who we booked to take us to a wine tasting and lunch, as well as to the station in Florence on our last day. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Filippo was a gracious and helpful host. The location is definitely off the beaten path, but worth it for the incredible views, quiet and sweet, quaint apartment. The weather was beautiful so it was perfect for sitting out on the grape vine covered deck and just taking in the gorgeous Tuscan scenery. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

WoW ! Quel beau logement ! L’endroit était paisible, la vue du balcon était magnifique et l’espace piscine était parfait. Le logement et les lieux étaient très propres. Filipo était extrêmement gentil. J’y retournais sans hésiter !
