The apartment was great and it's in such a great location near the chair lift! I wasn't very happy about the check in process, you have to collect the keys in at there office in Oulx (15 minute drive away) you really should've drawn our attention to this as we could've quite easily picked them up on route but instead had to take a taxi costing us €40. someone from happy rentals said on the phone that this confusion has happened before which was frustrating as it could've easily been avoided. we also received a message on the last day requesting we were out of the apartment at 7am when we had it booked till 10am on Airbnb. other than this we had a great stay, thank you very much.
