De villa met 6 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers straalt zowel exclusiviteit als huiselijk comfort uit; de hoofdvilla is voorzien van wifi en biedt een selectie aan gezellige ontspanningsruimtes, uitzicht op het meer en een prachtig privébuitenzwembad om van te genieten.
De ruime accommodatie biedt plaats aan maximaal 12 personen en is verdeeld over 3 hoofdgebouwen van het privévillacomplex, bekend als de 'Villa', de 'Hermitage' en de 'Casetta'.
In het volledig geklimatiseerde hoofdgebouw (bekend als de Villa) kunnen families en vrienden gemakkelijk hun verblijf doorbrengen met lekker eten en drinken, met een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken en mogelijkheden om buiten te barbecueën. Aangevuld met de mogelijkheid om een privékok in te huren en de nabijheid van de restaurants en wijnbars van Tremezzina, biedt de villa de perfecte oplossing voor wie op zoek is naar een gevarieerd en aangenaam verblijf op basis van zelfverzorging.
De chique en uitnodigende woonkamer van de Villa is voorzien van een luxe, moderne bankstel, satelliet-tv, wifi en toegang naar buiten.
De hoofdvilla biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 personen en beschikt over 3 slaapkamers met uitzicht op het meer (waarvan 3 met toegang tot het terras); deze bestaan uit 2 slaapkamers met samen te voegen tweepersoonsbedden, één slaapkamer met samen te voegen tweepersoonsbedden en één eenpersoonsslaapkamer. Naast de grote gezinsbadkamer zijn er nog twee moderne doucheruimtes.
In de Hermitage kunnen twee gasten of een stel zich gemakkelijk ontspannen; met een slaapkamer met twee aan elkaar te koppelen eenpersoonsbedden, twee ventilatoren, een koelkast en toegang tot het terras, naast een eigen badkamer met douche.
Het andere deel van het villacomplex, bekend als ‘Casetta’, biedt een geweldige ruimte voor bezoekende families; uitgerust met een kleine woonkamer, een kitchenette met alleen een magnetron en koelkast, een slaapkamer met twee aan elkaar te koppelen eenpersoonsbedden en uitzicht op het meer, een kinderkamer met uitzicht op het meer en twee aan elkaar te koppelen eenpersoonsbedden boven elkaar (beide slaapkamers hebben een ventilator) en een moderne familiebadkamer met ligbad.

De hoofdkeuken van de villa is volledig uitgerust met een oven, kookplaat, broodrooster, magnetron, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast en vaatwasser.
De stijlvolle aparte eetruimte voor 10 personen wordt aangevuld met een tweede overdekt eetterras met open portiekramen en een informele zit- en eetruimte in de open lucht.
In totaal telt de moderne vrijstaande villa 18 interne en 10 externe treden. De villa beschikt over een wasmachine en strijkfaciliteiten, naast airconditioning en wifi in het hele huis.
De aangelegde privétuin ademt Italiaanse romantiek en verfijning, met volgroeide cipressen en uitzicht op het meer, wat zorgt voor een magische sfeer om van uw vakantie te genieten. Locatie
De villa ligt op een verhoogde locatie aan het centrale deel van het meer, boven Cadenabbia, waardoor gasten op een steenworp afstand van alle activiteiten verblijven. De ligging op de heuvel biedt de nabijheid van de adembenemende wandelroutes rond het centrale deel van het meer, gezinsvriendelijke stranden, uitstekende restaurants, veerverbindingen voor auto's en passagiers, en beroemde villa-attracties en badplaatsen.
Er wacht u een overvloed aan vrijetijdsactiviteiten; van watersporten, bootverhuur en boottochten tot zwemmen in het meer, kampioenschapsgolf, tennis, rondvluchten met een watervliegtuig, kooklessen, wijnproeverijen, extreme buitensporten en skiën in de Italiaanse Alpen.
De villa ligt op slechts 4-5 minuten lopen van het Lido en de belangrijkste veerboothaven van Cadenabbia en op 7-8 minuten rijden van Tremezzo, Menaggio en Lenno – waardoor het de perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor sightseeing en om optimaal te genieten van de luxe levensstijl aan het Comomeer.

A few observations for the owners. The white light by the bed in the lower Villino is in a bad place. I cut the top of my head on the pointed end when reaching for something on the bedside table. Also it would be helpful to have simple instructions posted on appliances in the kitchen, like the Microwave, and the washer and dryer. For the owner, we noticed the upper neighbor has cut the shrubbery and bent the wire fence we imagine for access to their property. It was the perfect family retreat for us and our children and grandbabies. Fantastic views, beautiful gardens and we enjoyed the pool in the very hot days. Grazie mille!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ste Michelle very much. The property is in good condition and allowed all guests the space needed to enjoy a week's long trip. The staff were very attentive to any needs that arose during our stay. The kitchen is well apportioned and has all the equipment needed for a large group.

Great view of Como!!!! Beautiful view of Bellagio and Lake Como. The walk to town and the driveway were very steep and difficult for older people and kids. There were also lots a steps once you get to the driveway...this was a challenge for my 80 year old parents.Kitchen had almost everything we needed and the town was close with a charming market. Yard was big and lovely. Many areas to sit and enjoy the view and weather.

June 2018 A great villa in a great location! The villa is about a 10-minute drive from Menaggio which is a great base location to enjoy Lake Como. The villa was modern and very clean with plenty of bathrooms for guests. The two bedrooms on the bottom level don't get as much natural light as the top floor but are still very spacious and nice. The view is spectacular and the two patios allow you to really enjoy it any time of the day. We really enjoyed our late afternoons on the upper patio since the sun was on the other side of the lake so it was nice and cool where we were sitting. There is a small market in town along with several restaurants (our favorite was Restaurante Pizzeria in the main square) and gelato shops. The ferry is only a 5 minute walk from the main square where there is a lot of parking available. Susan, USA

June 2017 This is one of the best houses ever!! We had a group of 13 and had plenty of space. 7 kids all 12 and over, and this was perfect. Every place you look has stunning views- especially if you make the trek to the very top of the little casita at the top of the property. (I will add- that if you have limited mobility- this will be a very difficult house for you to maneuver in. ) I can't even imagine how many pictures I have taken from all over the property. It's built up the hillside, so you have very different views from all over the place. The pool was very fun for the kids (too cold for me in early June) but they loved it. We had pouring rain a couple of days and the house came with a few umbrellas which were very appreciated. There is also a ping pong table that the kids enjoyed in the evenings. Our biggest problem was choosing which veranda to have our coffee on!! Happy Holidays had A bottle of Prosecco, milk, Nescafe' coffee, tea, and a package of croissants sitting out for our arrival. That was incredibly helpful to get us started. Now, let me tell you about the location- if there was an option for a 6th star, the location would get it!! The home sits above the Hotel Brittanica- which happens to be the very first hotel established on Lake Como. So the little town of Cadenabbia is right below us with a ferry that goes regularly to Bellagio. You can basically get anywhere on the lake from Bellagio. The best deal is to buy the all day pass for the ferry- then just hop around the towns. It's an easy walk down the hill to the ferry (back up the hill and stairs..... little harder!) close to the bottom of the road is a small store- it has just about everything you need. Very convenient. Also- the house is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. A/C in almost every bedroom (the temp really drops at night, so that wasn't an issue), plenty of cups, plates, etc. large dining table and outside dining area. The furniture is a tad on the older side, but very comfortable. But rave reviews for the functionality and location of this property. We hope to come back again soon!!!” Gina, Australia

The house itself was fantastic, with its different structures and beautiful views. It was also very comfortable. The A/C units in the main house worked great and the water pressure in the showers was very good as well. One problem we had was two toilets that were constantly running and wouldn’t flush properly. I emailed management about them three times, but no one ever came to fix them. We were also surprised that there want a welcome book with instructions when we arrived. Usually, when we rent a house there is a handbook with important information: wifi password, what to do with the trash, etc. Lastly, the pool needs some help. The lining is dirty, parts are broken. It wasn’t very enticing.
