Great apartment with wonderful lake views - about 1.7Ks from the centre of the ol the old town and 500m from the De Embarcadero ferry station. Local busses ay to use if you don't ave a car. Service from happy Rentals staff was excellent.

A+ stay. My daughter and I had an excellent stay. Your details, with pictures, on how to get to the apartment and how to enter was excellent. The apartment was so much prettier than the pictures and the view was excellent. It was so funny to see our home pier, Huntington Beach, as the master bedroom picture.

May 2018 It was such a pleasure to stay at Paradiso Incanto in Lugano Switzerland!! The apartment is stunning - modern and spacious. The wall of windows overlooking Lake Lugano offered a breathtaking view. The location was also spectacular, we just crossed the street and we were on the tree-lined water walkway to the city center. It was also close to the San Salvadore funicular that we took to the top for fabulous views. We particularly enjoyed taking the boat (which is also just a short walk from the apartment) to Gandria and walking back to town along the pathway. We only wish we had more time to spend in Lugano to do some more exploring and relaxing! We would highly recommend it to anyone going to Lugano. Thank you. Diane, UK

Die Aussicht und die gesamte Wohnung sind superschön. Die beiden Regenduschen müssten dringend entkalkt werden, ebenso an den Waschbecken. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung zum Tiefgaragenplatz müsste überarbeitet werden wegen einer Baustelle. Daher kein sehr gut.

The location of this place is good--just a couple of blocks from the Lugano-Paradiso train station, as well as the Paradiso ferry stop, and a number of bus lines. It's a bit of a walk (20-30 minutes) from the Lugano town center, though, and a lot of stuff immediately near this place seems to be permanently closed, or vacant. My experience staying here is best described as spartan. The four of us were each provided 2 towels (one bath sized, one hand sized) and 1 rather flat pillow. There was one dish towel. There were no other hand towels for the bathrooms. There were no washcloths. There were three total rolls of toilet paper provided to us, and they were not full rolls (we ended up having to buy more). We were provided 1 ounce (a very small bottle) of dish soap, and two small cakes of hand soap. (We also ended up buying soap.) Yes there's a washer, but there was no laundry detergent provided. We were provided one dishwasher tablet, so we could run the dishwasher exactly one time. We got two small bottles of shampoo, and two small bottles of "shower gel" that was the consistency of water--it just ran out all over our hands, and was wasted. The photos of the place are not entirely accurate--the couch that's actually in the unit is smaller than the one pictured. There are no rugs on the floor. There is a beat-up office chair in the living room, presumably to make up for the smaller couch, but it's quite shabby. The doors to the balcony have two modes of opening--if you twist the handle all the way upwards, they will lean into the room a bit from the top, providing ventilation. If you twist the handle down, it will open like a normal door, more or less. None of this was explained, and I was worried that the vertical opening mode was actually the door being broken, and contacted the company, Happy Rentals, that manages this property. Instead of instructing me that it was fine, they said they would send somebody out during the week (but I don't think they did...). Also, just as a note for future concern, this place has a great view, but there's construction happening in front of the building that seems likely to largely (but not completely) obstruct that view at some point in the next year or so, I would guess. As other reviews noted, there was some construction sound from the lot next door (there is construction on two sides of this building), but it wasn't disruptive to our stay. Basically, this place is fine, and pretty affordable, but it could have been a lot nicer with just a few extra towels, pillows, soap, and toilet paper... Oh well!

Points négatifs : - manque de linges à l’arrivée, nous avons dû réclamer, ainsi que l’adaptateur pour aspirateur. - très mal insonorisé et bar restaurant très bruyant juste à côté. - lits pas faits complètement (duvets non installés ) - un robinet défectueux, donc lavabo inutilisable durant toute la semaine. Points positifs : - très grand appartement - très bien situé - magnifique balcon vue sur le lac - facile d’accès, proche gare et arrêt bus - hôtesse Happyrentals très réactive

Lo mas bonito del departamento es la vista la verdad muy parecido a las fotos lo único es que hay una construcción justo enfrente y a los lados, y desde muy temprano se escucha el ruido de las maquinas. También la vista de la terraza es ver la construcción. El departamento es bonito pero podría ser mucho mejor si se agregan mejoras de mantenimiento.
