The apartment has a large window to see beautiful mountain. It has a supermarket and bakeries within walking distance so it is very convenient . Also, there is a public parking near the apartment so it is convenient for us to come by car. One day I did not have a key and could not enter the room, the owner gave me an alternative key immediately. It was very kind and helpful.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très petit mais fonctionnel! Très bien pour 3 à 4 personnes max. Certains commentaires étaient vraiment peu encourageants mais je ne regrette pas d'avoir loué le logement quand même! C'était propre et en bon état! Sans doute quelques travaux effectués. Vue merveilleuse sur le Mont Blanc, quelques restos sympas à proximité et Chamonix tout près! La résidence est calme. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Great to place to stay, near trails and had a lovely time. Next to a train station, which I hopped on to Vallorcine and ran back all the way into Chamonix. A bottle of wine was a nice touch as a welcome. Very clean linen and was great to wake up in the morning and see snow capped mountain right through the balcony window. The view was even better in the evening as the sun was setting.

Bottle of wine was great. Being so close to lifts was real bonus. Generally, apartment was what was expected price point-wise and needed for our stay. Very close to main lift. Close to ski-hire and boulangerie. Not far from Supermarket and restaurants. Kitchen and cooking equipment just right for making breakfast and evening meals. Hot water hot, so bath great for long soaks after active skiing. Separate WC and Bath very handy with more than one guest. Wifi more than enough to watch Netflix and have WhatsApp video calls home. Enough storage space for casual/ski clothes.

It was all very simple to pick up keys and drop them off. Apartment was at advertised and just right for our needs and budget. Bottle of welcome wine was nice touch. A few little niggles, otherwise it would have been perfect score. Lock on bathroom door not working properly, so we almost got locked in. Front door key fob stopped working halfway through, fortunately there was another entrance.

Joli petit village, situé à proximité de Chamonix. En pleine saison, tt est à côté (boulangerie, restaurants, magasins de locations de sports d hiver télécabine). Les clefs sont déposés dans un coffre ce qui est pratique pour l'arrivée et le depart.

The location was perfect. The location of the office, where the keys had to be picked up/returned was a bit far from the apartment, which was not that nice with my late(ish) arrival and very early departure, but ok.

It was a good place right in front of the slope. But it wasn't allowed to walk in ski shoes in the whole house. It was uncomfortable, because If you want to go to the slope you have to go in ski boots through the house. So was annoying, but ones more. The location is nice and only 5 minutes from the bus stop.

We verbleven enkele dagen in het appartement om te skiën in les grand Montets en hadden een fantastische tijd. Het appartement is wat gedateerd en niet bijzonder groot, maar de ligging vlakbij de lift maakt veel goed. De communicatie met Mark verliep vlot en ook het in- en uitchecken was makkelijk aan de hand van duidelijke instructies. Het gebouw en de omgeving is heel rustig en toch vlakbij de lift. Een aanrader!

The location is very good with ski in ski out. The apartment is very warm and has a great view, it was also quiet but maybe because the block only had a few staying there. Also very good WiFi. Key pick up and drop off was easy and hassle free. But the whole place requires a refurb as the bathroom is very tatty and dated. The bath is high sided and short so not great for a shower or a bath. The lighting is really poor, also the socket behind the sofa was hanging out of the wall and didn’t work. The kitchen is dated and very dysfunctional with random cutlery and glassware. (No care) there was a broken puppet thing hanging on the wall again no care is given to the place. Overall it looks like they are just trying to rinse out the last of the revenue from the place before a total refurb. Which I guess will happen soon due to a new gondola being built near the block.

Joli petit village, situé à proximité de Chamonix. En pleine saison, tt est à côté (boulangerie, restaurants, magasins de locations de sports d hiver télécabine). Les clefs sont déposés dans un coffre ce qui est pratique pour l'arrivée et le depart.

The location was perfect. The location of the office, where the keys had to be picked up/returned was a bit far from the apartment, which was not that nice with my late(ish) arrival and very early departure, but ok.

Quiet location at the base of a forested hillside with a 15 minute pleasant walk to village centre. Apartment adequately equipped, everything worked, old but clean.

It was a good place right in front of the slope. But it wasn't allowed to walk in ski shoes in the whole house. It was uncomfortable, because If you want to go to the slope you have to go in ski boots through the house. So was annoying, but ones more. The location is nice and only 5 minutes from the bus stop.

We verbleven enkele dagen in het appartement om te skiën in les grand Montets en hadden een fantastische tijd. Het appartement is wat gedateerd en niet bijzonder groot, maar de ligging vlakbij de lift maakt veel goed. De communicatie met Mark verliep vlot en ook het in- en uitchecken was makkelijk aan de hand van duidelijke instructies. Het gebouw en de omgeving is heel rustig en toch vlakbij de lift. Een aanrader!

The location is very good with ski in ski out. The apartment is very warm and has a great view, it was also quiet but maybe because the block only had a few staying there. Also very good WiFi. Key pick up and drop off was easy and hassle free. But the whole place requires a refurb as the bathroom is very tatty and dated. The bath is high sided and short so not great for a shower or a bath. The lighting is really poor, also the socket behind the sofa was hanging out of the wall and didn’t work. The kitchen is dated and very dysfunctional with random cutlery and glassware. (No care) there was a broken puppet thing hanging on the wall again no care is given to the place. Overall it looks like they are just trying to rinse out the last of the revenue from the place before a total refurb. Which I guess will happen soon due to a new gondola being built near the block.
