La agencia Happy Rentals facilitó mucho las instrucciones a seguir en pdf para la recogida de llaves del apartamento, teniendo una oficina física por si tienes dudas. EL apartamento estaba muy bien situado, con acceso a todo de forma muy cercana, resultó muy cómodo. El interior era práctico, con lo necesario para descansar, teniendo una pequeña cocina para poder hacer de comer. En aspectos a mejorar, no hay microondas algo básico en cualquier casa ya que facilita mucho calentar la comida y preparar precocinados, y no había algunos utensilios de cocina como tijeras o paletas de cocina, teniendo que utilizar los cubiertos para remover la comida. La estancia fue estupenda, nos ha gustado el apartamento y las vistas desde la terraza del exterior son maravillosas.

Happy Rentals was the best experience I have ever had with a rental agency. This one out of Chamonix had excellent responses to questions, the office was open with good hours and the best was the PDF with explicit directions and great photos for getting there, location the office and apartment, getting the keys etc. The office staff was very polite and lovely to deal with. Very impressive!

I loved my stay at my Airbnb. The view from the patio was really idyllic. The bedroom was pretty small and a little cramped feeling so I ended up sleeping in the living room. It was perfect for me as a single person who just needed a place to cook meals and have coffee in the morning before my outdoor adventures.

Perfect location across the road from the Augille du midi lift and a 2 min walk into Chamonix town - apartment was fab , with cracking balcony - the underground car park , however is a Nightmare !!!! You’d have difficult parking a Tonka toy car in the bays they are so small !!! Very testing on your parking skills . Apart from that I’d stay again !👍

Buena ubicación, todo queda muy cerca. Apartamento pequeñito pero práctico para ir en pareja. Sofá cama en el salón cómodo. Cuenta con terraza y buenas vistas.

Perfect situation, right next to lift of Midi, the city centre and also bus stops, train etc. Two rooms made it possible to go sleep and to wake up at different times. Nice kitchenette. Really great place for it’s size also.

Appartement propre, très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique. L'équipement est bon nous n'avons manqué de rien,. Le petit balcon permet de prendre les repas à 2 au soleil face à la montagne, ce qui est fort agréable. Il y a tous les services nécessaires à proximité, et le centre de Chamonix est à 5mn à pied. Les seuls bémols de notre séjour : la porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas très bien, ce qui fait que l'on entend tous les bruits de la rue la nuit, mais c'est quand même relativement calme ! Le couloir est très bruyant, les murs son fins. L'ascenseur qui est resté 3 jours en panne... pas de chance quand on doit monter au 4e après une journée de randonnée ! Enfin, plus embêtant une odeur de poubelle tenace venant du vide ordure sur le palier... nous avons du boucher la porte de l'appartement avec un chiffon pour empêcher l'odeur de rentrer dans l'appartement. Globalement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner

This is a great apartment for up to 5 guests, very centrally located across from Aguille du Midi cable car, a view of Mont Blanc and Aguille du Midi from the balcony, rustic and charming interior decor typical of the Haute-Savoie region. However, I would not recommend a stay until management improves. Our key did not have the magnetic badge required to enter the building, we lost more than an hour waiting in the dark and rain, the shower does not drain, some beds did not have sheets, there was only one extra sheet in the armoire, it was dirty with a dirty sock inside. In short, we felt that very little attention was given to preparing the apartment in this very busy location.
