Wonderful location just steps to the town center and to the lake. the three bedrooms were all clean and cozy. Fully functional kitchen with all the tools we need. the house is surprisingly quiet even if its in town center, it has a garden and there is very little traffic on the street in front of it. the possibility to park inside the yard was a big plus.

Excellent location, perfect for enjoying the town. Everything was walkable. A little short on paper towels and sharp knives, but we made two lovely meals there. Great shower. Comfy beds, not ultra luxury but very nice. Outside temp was cool while we were there, so it took a bit for the heating to catch up. But it did catch up to provide a very cozy warmth, might have been nice had they bumped it up before we arrived. Hearty as we are ( we swam in the lake and it was 38° F) others might not like a "warm" house on arrival, so perhaps it is a matter of taste. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling with family or friends. Thanks for a great stay!

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende hier verbringen dürfen. Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen um die Gegend ohne Auto zu erkunden. Stadtzentrum und See befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Von Vorteil ist auch der private Parkplatz im Innenhof. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A very accessible property in terms of ferries and cars. Bakeries, meat shops and groceries minutes away. Resteraunts all walkable. We really found it a great property for us and extended family. Gated with parking and a nice outside sitting area. We would come back. Katherine

Alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. Het was compleet en uitgebreid ingericht. De badkamer was nog heel nieuw. Ligging was ideaal. Paar minuten lopen naar het centrum. Schuin tegenover een bakker en 150 meter van de supermarkt. Het centrum van Menaggio is gezellig met leuke terrasjes en diverse eetgelegenheden. Op loopafstand naar het veer om een oversteek te maken naar Bellagio of Varenna en andere plaatsen. In de buurt zijn diverse activiteiten en ook mogelijkheden om een bootje te huren. Als enige tip zouden we adviseren om, met zo’n grote tuin, een paar ligstoelen (en evt een opzetzwembad op een extra terrasje) te plaatsen.

Es wäre gut, wenn ausführlich beschrieben wird, dass das Haus zwar in einer absolut tollen Lage, zentral gelegen ist, allerdings an einer sehr sehr lauten Straße. Den Außenbereich als Garten zu beschreiben entspricht nicht der Realität. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für Ihr freundliches Willkommen heißen.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do sklepu, na przystanek, do restauracji, dużo miejsca na parkowanie aut, przestronne pomieszczenia, ogród, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dobra baza wypadowa dla zwiedzania okolic Como i Szwajcarii.

Le positif : appartement très spacieux et en plein centre, proche des commerces et de l embarcadère. Le logement était propre et très bien équipé. Il y a une place de parking ce qui est un vrai luxe dans le quartier ! Le négatif : assez forte odeur d humidité dans l appartement et surtout, le résident juste au dessus qui est assez bruyant : bruits de pas très tard et très tôt et du fait aussi de ses nombreux animaux de compagnie : le chien nous a réveillé chaque matin vers 6h (le même qui laisse des crottes dans l’allée je pense !).

Excelente localização, acesso e facilidades na região! A presença de uma garagem numa região tão concorrida é um grande diferencial. Casa muito ampla, que recebe super bem 6 pessoas, apesar de ter apenas um banheiro (que está completamente renovado e bem bonito). Cozinha muito bem montada com utensílios necessários para um rápido café ou mesmo para preparo de uma refeição completa. Só não ficou com nota 5 pelo cheiro de mofo, que melhorou bastante ao deixar a casa aberta.

Die Kommunikation mit Lake Como Holiday hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage des Airbnb war perfekt, nur leider ein bisschen feucht da es eine Kellerwohnung ist. Im Großen und Ganzen können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Very well located. Private gated unit. Host was very generous…. Provided bottle of wine, fruit juice, water and milk and a bag of local dry treats. Only negative was there was a musty smell which was slightly bothersome.

Prima woning, centraal gelegen: maar 50 meter van de bakker, 100 meter van van de supermarkt, 200 meter van het centrum en 400 meter van het lido! Nette woning, maar was niet helemaal schoon. Ook aan een doorgaande weg, dus tot laat in de avond en vroeg in de ochtend luidruchtig verkeer. Prettig afgesloten met ene electrisch hek waar ook je auto achter staat. Binnenplaats is ruim genoeg, maar ruimte om te zitten is wel klein.

Thanks guys for a top stay in your holiday home! It was so convenient in the town and we could all reach the shops, restaurants, lido and ferry service very easily from here. The accommodation was so spacious and modern for us and the sunny garden was a really nice touch for our summer meals outside. There were some great restaurants nearby and our favourites had to be the great local pizzerias which were so cheap and also La Baia in nearby Cremia. What great lake fish! HHH you were so helpful with your advice and also for providing us with electric fans when it got too hot. Menaggio was the perfect place for us and we had a super time on the lake with the water sports. Thanks for all!

Menaggio 57 was a great gem of a holiday home! Its central location was perfect as it made it really easy for us to reach the shops, restaurants, Lido and the ferry port in the town. The property was superbly decorated throughout and I was a fan of the stylish slate tiled bathroom. All the bedrooms were really spacious, including the twin room for our kids. The sunny terrace was great in the sunshine and Louisa particularly liked the open plan kitchen diner layout. We would really recommend this holiday home. As well as being modern and homely it was perfect for us to reach all the activities and attractions. The ferry and bus services were all really reliable and inexpensive. We dined out a few times and our favourites included the local pizzerias and also Red Bay. The lido also offers really good food for the kids after a day in the pool. Thanks again for a great stay!

Really bad smell in the apartment. Damp and moldy smell even if the windows were open. Agency wouldn’t do anything about because cleaning and prior guests never said anything about it. All of our clothes smell like a damp basement and I had a headache the whole week. I suggested some kind of compensation, but never heard back from the agency. On the positive note the apartment is in town center and you can walk to restaurants etc. Lots of traffic noise from the street though. No cold water in the bathroom and lights in the kitchen is very bad.

Our recent stay at this Menaggio Airbnb was a mixed experience. The location is excellent, very close to Menaggio town, restaurants, and the ferry port. However, we were disappointed/inconvenienced by non-functioning amenities—kettle and hairdryer—as well as a lack of essential supplies like toilet paper , no dish washing sponge and garbage bags for our group size. Despite requests, the management team did not act on our requests. Additionally, some noise from neighbors with pets upstairs through the floor boards. Great location though service could be improved.
