Het centraal verwarmde appartement op de derde verdieping van een vijf verdiepingen tellend gebouw heeft een woonkamer met toegang tot het terras. De woonkamer is voorzien van een bank en een eettafel. Er is ook een open keuken met modulaire inrichting. Deze is uitgerust met een vaatwasser, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven, een inductiekookplaat, een broodrooster en een koelkast met vriesvak. Het is nauwelijks een kilometer verwijderd van het Luganomeer en de schilderachtige oever van het meer. Het oude stadscentrum, dat op ongeveer 9 minuten afstand ligt, heeft een aantal renaissance- en barokkerken, arcades, pleinen en andere monumenten die de moeite van het verkennen waard zijn. Lugano is ook bekend om zijn parken aan het meer en het uitzicht op de Monte Brè en de Monte San Salvatore. Aangezien de stad een goed ontwikkeld toeristisch centrum is, is het vol met winkelbestemmingen met zowel lokale als internationale merken. Er zijn een aantal restaurants, take-away, winkels, supermarkten, een apotheek binnen 500 meter van het huis. Een golfbaan en een tennisclub liggen respectievelijk op ongeveer 3 kilometer en 2 kilometer van het appartement. Het dichtstbijzijnde treinstation ligt op ongeveer 4 minuten rijden van hier. De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven ligt op ongeveer een uur rijden.

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, alles war wie beschrieben und gut zu erreichen. Das Interieur war teilweise etwas veraltet/kaputt (der Türrahmen der Badezimmer-Tür) aber im Grunde genommen perfekte Unterkunft für ein Wochenende ! Gab sogar einen Sekt aufs Haus !

I would have given a 5-stars review if when we walked into the apartment, we weren’t welcome by cigarette smoke. I kept the windows open the whole week, but every day we came back, I could still smell the cigarette smoke. I even went out and bought a lavender spray to try to cover the smell. Bathroom door really needs to be fixed as the door doesn’t close and it isn’t nice to see water damages on the frame both inside and outside the bathroom. Location is perfect; near Coop & Migros for a fast grocery shopping and near a bus stop.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit appartement avec terrasse. Une des deux chambres à coucher était très spacieuse. Cuisine partiellement bien équipée. Bonne situation, une vingtaine de minutes de marche jusqu'au centre de Lugano. A recommander pour son bon rapport qualité / prix...

Emplacement génial et assé grand pour 4 personnes , le prix plutôt bien et le cartier plutôt sympa facile à trouvé depuis (Lugano centre le bus 7 est souvent là, rapide )

Il posto è okay, situato in una zona abbastanza vicino ai mezzi per raggiungere il centro, non mi sono trovato bene con il frigo, la doccia e le coperte ecco perchè scrivo questa recensione a tre stelle, pure stando da solo se fai la doccia l'acqua va ovunque quindi non potevi entrarci / potevi ma solo con le scarpe per qualche ora. il frigo puzzava e l'abbiamo aperto una volta e abbiamo dovuto far girare l'aria in tutta la casa per fare andare via la puzza. Inoltre le coperte erano abbastanza vecchiotte e se siete dei soggetti allergici ve lo sconsiglio, ho passato 3 notti su 13 che avevo prenotato.

L'appartement était propre, bien agencé, les pièces agréables et les équipement de bonne qualité. A 20 min à pied du lac mais bien desservi par les transports. Nous avons eu des soucis avec la machine à café qui n'avait pas la bonne prise Suisse. Malgré un signalement, le problème n'a pas été réglé dans les temps. Il manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine pour cuisiner (ex: rape, planche) 1 pastille pour le lave-vaisselle pour 4 jours c'est trop peu. La salle de bain, et surtout la douche, étaient très petites, et la douche pas pratique (rideau). Et l'écoulement ne se faisant pas correctement, il fallait faire très attention pour éviter les inondations après chaque douche.
