De vakantiewoning met twee slaapkamers ligt op de vierde verdieping van een gebouw met vijf verdiepingen en een lift. Het terras dient als deze mooie ruimte om te ontspannen en te dineren met uitzicht op de buitenlucht. De woonkamer biedt toegang tot het terras en houdt zo de kamer natuurlijk verlicht en geventileerd. Het is ingericht met een bank, een eethoek en een keuken aan het einde. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een koffiezetapparaat, een vaatwasser, een magnetron, een oven, een inductie kookplaat, een broodrooster, een koelkast en een waterkoker. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De goed verzorgde slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: De comfortabele slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Badkamer Badkamer 1: De moderne badkamer heeft een douche, een wastafel en een WC. Extra - Centrale verwarming - Privé parkeerplaats - Kindvriendelijk - Rustige ligging - Draagbare Wi-Fi apparaat Locatie Het appartement is ideaal gelegen voor een ontspannen en plezierige vakantie in de badplaats Lugano. Het is nauwelijks een kilometer verwijderd van het Luganomeer en de schilderachtige oever van het meer. Het oude stadscentrum, dat op ongeveer 9 minuten afstand ligt, heeft een aantal renaissance- en barokkerken, arcades, pleinen en andere monumenten die de moeite van het verkennen waard zijn. Lugano is ook bekend om zijn parken aan het meer en het uitzicht op de Monte Brè en de Monte San Salvatore. Aangezien de stad een goed ontwikkeld toeristisch centrum is, is het vol met winkelbestemmingen met zowel lokale als internationale merken. Er zijn een aantal restaurants, take-away, winkels, supermarkten, een apotheek binnen 500 meter van het huis. Een golfbaan en een tennisclub liggen respectievelijk op ongeveer 3 kilometer en 2 kilometer van het appartement. Het dichtstbijzijnde treinstation ligt op ongeveer 4 minuten rijden van hier. Un’esperienza meravigliosa io e mia moglie siamo rimasti stupefatti dalla struttura, abbiamo avuto tutti i comfort possibili immaginabili pulizie impeccabile e staff sempre pronto alle nostre richieste come detto all’inizio un’esperienza meravigliosa. L’appartamento si affaccia su una zona verde interna dunque è molto tranquilla inoltre sotto casa c’è la fermata del bus per il centro per è stato molto facile spostarsi la gerenza molto efficiente ha subito evaso una mia richiesta unica piccola pecca la doccia è fornita di una tenda insufficiente ad evitare l’uscita dell’acqua per necessità asciugare in continuazione tuttavia ciò non inficia la complessiva validità dell alloggio di cui sono rimasta soddisfatta

Quelques petits soucis de plomberie qui ont était arrangé rapidement. Petit bémol sur le travail des plombiers qui ont laissé la salle de bain dans un etat pitoyable, mais qui n'est pas la faute de l'agence. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Everything was excellent. Everything was clean, the supermarket was really close, and the center was 10 min walking or 2 min by bus. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because you have to pick up and also leave the keys in a location that is 1km from the apartment, if you have a car is ok but in any other case is a little bit inconvenient. Excluding that i can recommend the apartment 100%.

Propre et simple. Mais il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : fourchettes, couteaux, verres, pas de carafe pour l'eau ni de récipient pour la tisane ou thé. La salle de bain est jolie, mais la douche très petite avec un rideau qui colle à la peau. Le quartier est bruyant... Sonia l'intervenante en français est très gentille et a palier aux manques rapidement. La région est magnifique et je vous encourage à visiter le Tessin.

The Appartement was clean and around 5 min to the city center. Supermarket is 2 min. wenn some thing happened the responding is quickly thank you very much for everything thing Happy rentals team 😊

Quelques petits soucis de plomberie qui ont était arrangé rapidement. Petit bémol sur le travail des plombiers qui ont laissé la salle de bain dans un etat pitoyable, mais qui n'est pas la faute de l'agence. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Everything was excellent. Everything was clean, the supermarket was really close, and the center was 10 min walking or 2 min by bus. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because you have to pick up and also leave the keys in a location that is 1km from the apartment, if you have a car is ok but in any other case is a little bit inconvenient. Excluding that i can recommend the apartment 100%.

Manque de couverts, moisissures à la salle de bain, lave vaisselle inutilisable (manquait du sel). Radiateur de la chambre à coucher bloqué au maximum. Les portes des chambres ne fermaient pas.

Propre et simple. Mais il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : fourchettes, couteaux, verres, pas de carafe pour l'eau ni de récipient pour la tisane ou thé. La salle de bain est jolie, mais la douche très petite avec un rideau qui colle à la peau. Le quartier est bruyant... Sonia l'intervenante en français est très gentille et a palier aux manques rapidement. La région est magnifique et je vous encourage à visiter le Tessin.
