Deze prachtige vakantievilla met drie slaapkamers ligt op slechts enkele kilometers van het beroemde skioord Kranjska Gora en belooft een comfortabel en aangenaam verblijf, ongeacht het seizoen. Tijdens de zomermaanden kunnen gasten buiten luieren en genieten van het uitzicht, of ontspannen en afkoelen in het zwembad of de jacuzzi. In de winter, na een avontuurlijke dag skiën in de bergen, kunnen gasten een duik nemen in het verwarmde zwembad, hun vermoeidheid wegsmelten in de twee sauna’s of bij de open haard. Bovendien is het huis voorzien van zowel airconditioning als centrale verwarming. Er is een privétuin en een terras met een eethoek in de open lucht en een barbecue.
De zeer lichte en mooie woonkamer is ingericht met een L-vormige bank, een aan de muur bevestigde tv, een eethoek bij de ramen en een moderne keuken. Deze is voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat in Amerikaanse stijl, een vaatwasser, een oven, een fornuis, een broodrooster, een waterkoker en een koelkast met vriesvak.

De villa op de heuvel is van alle gemakken voorzien om de gasten een onvergetelijke vakantie te bezorgen. Binnen een kilometer van de villa bevinden zich een supermarkt en een versmarkt. Ook zijn er diverse restaurants met internationale keukens op minder dan 10 minuten van de villa. De omgeving waarin dit vakantieverblijf ligt, leent zich uitstekend voor wandeltochten. Deze paden leiden naar het Jasna-meer, het natuurpark Zelenci en het beroemde Planica, waar internationale schansspringen- en langlaufwedstrijden worden gehouden. De villa ligt ook vlak bij een golfbaan (3 kilometer). Voor iedereen die op zoek is naar recreatie biedt de omgeving talrijke mogelijkheden, zoals fietsen, bergbeklimmen, wandelen en wintersport. Vlak bij het huis bevinden zich prachtige watervallen: de Martuljek-watervallen en de Lucifer-waterval, die tijdens de wintermaanden volledig bevriest en een trekpleister wordt voor klimmers.
De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven ligt op ongeveer 63 kilometer van de villa.

The place is compact but thoughtfully and cleverly designed — every corner is well used, and we never felt like anything was missing. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and you can tell real care goes into the upkeep and the details. One small point for improvement: it would help a lot to have some basic supplies available in the house — salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and laundry soap and softener. When traveling with families and young kids, these are the little things that save a lot of hassle at the start, and it’s a small addition that would upgrade the experience significantly. All in all, a warmly recommended stay — we’d be happy to return!

Lovely spot, with a nice view of the mountains. It was great to have a pool to cool off on the hot days. Close enough to walk to the village, where there is a nice hotel with a good restaurant, a Spar, and a second restaurant. There are some nice walks (including one to a waterfall) where you can start straight from the villa. The villa is as described. It's in a small development with a number of properties close together. The host is a company and some of the interaction is via their own website, but the local contact met us when we arrived and was very easy and accommodating to deal with. We loved Slovenia and would go again.

Another fab airbnb in the north of Slovenia. We travelled as a family of four (two teenagers) and all of us loved this place. It is situated perfectly to explore the lakes and mountains around, with great walks from the house. Lake Bled was 40 mins away, Ljubljana airport an hour. The facilities were great and as listed. I spent many a happy hour in the hot tub looking up at the nearby mountains. What really made this place special was the warm greeting from our host’s son. He took care to explain how to use the various gadgets, and had also prepared a cheese & ham board for our arrival. When it came to head home, a small gift of a fruit liqueur. He also happily lent us some bikes which my husband and daughter really appreciated. Thankyou. This was a first time visit to Slovenia for us. We will certainly be back to what seemed a clean, welcoming country full of beautiful countryside to enjoy, and all small distances to drive in comparison to some of the larger European countries.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this wonderful property. The location allowed us to easily explore places like Bled, Bohinj, the Soca Valley area and we even ventured in to Austria one afternoon. The accommodations were exactly like the pictures show - we had an amazing view, a wonderful pool to swim in, and a hot tub to relax in! The indoors were spacious, clean, and comfortable. And that view is incredible! In fact, we loved the property so much we actually decided to stay in one day and enjoy the pool and outdoor area. There are plenty of restaurants, a gas station, and grocery store nearby as well.

First, the positives - the house was clean, comfortable and in an amazing setting with magnificent mountain views and great amenities as listed. The location is good, close to the small centre of the village and well-stocked (if a little pricy) Spar. The owner kindly allowed us to use the three bikes which were at the property. We (family of five) enjoyed a walk to the local waterfalls, kayaking in Bovec (recommend AlpinAdventures) and the zip line at Planica. Overall the house and pool are quite compact and a larger group might find it cramped, especially in the third bedroom, which would be too small in my view for four people. We also had confusing dual communications with Happy Rentals and the owner. HR seem to be a go-between on AirBnb and did not provide any practical help. The owner was very responsive when we flagged an issue with the pool filter breaking. In particular, it was not made clear in the listing that a local tax was payable and so we declined to pay this.
