Geniet van een rustig verblijf in de Italiaanse badplaats Riva del Garda en kijk uit over het schilderachtige landschap vanuit dit mooie appartement met één slaapkamer voor maximaal 4 personen. Dit appartement op de eerste verdieping met balkon zorgt voor een comfortabel verblijf vol ontspanning. De open woonkamer met uitzicht op de bergen bepaalt de sfeer voor een ontspannen vakantie. Deze lichte en ruime kamer is ingericht met een tweepersoonsslaapbank, een eettafel, een digitale tv aan de muur en een keuken die is uitgerust met een magnetron, een oven, een inductiekookplaat, een broodrooster, een kookplaat, een elektrische waterkoker en een koelkast. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De mooie kamer met raam heeft een metalen tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Extra: Twee gasten kunnen slapen op de tweepersoonsslaapbank in de woonkamer. Badkamer Badkamer 1: De moderne badkamer is voorzien van een douchecabine, een wastafel, een bidet en een toilet. Het balkon biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de regio die wordt gedomineerd door bergketens. Er is een restaurant en enkele supermarkten op loopafstand. Het huis is gelegen in de stad Riva del Garda, ongeveer 4 kilometer van het centrum. Hier moeten gasten een bezoek brengen aan de 16e-eeuwse stenen toren genaamd Torre Apponale op het centrale plein. De top van de toren biedt een adembenemend uitzicht over de stad en het meer dat je niet mag missen. Voor andere uitkijkpunten kan een gemakkelijke wandeling naar Monte Oro worden ondernomen die naar de ruïnes van Bastions leidt of het drie uur durende luspad op Monte Brione. En een nog betere manier om van het spectaculaire uitzicht op het meer en de stad te genieten, is door de nieuwe panoramische lift te nemen die Riva met Bastion verbindt. Maar het meest interessante deel van de stad blijft het Gardameer. De boulevard is perfect om te wandelen, terwijl de stranden ideaal zijn om in het meer te zwemmen. Hier kunnen gasten ook genieten van een aantal avontuurlijke sporten, zoals zeilen, windsurfen en kitesurfen. Een geweldige plek om meer adrenaline-aangedreven activiteiten te ontdekken is Arco, dat op slechts 13 minuten rijden van het appartement ligt. Behalve dat het een internationale hotspot is om te klimmen, is de stad een paradijs voor fietsers, wandelaars, watersportliefhebbers en meer. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven ligt op ongeveer 87 kilometer van het huis.

Ciao, siamo stati 10 gg. in questo Appartamento. Pulito, tutto nuovo, posizione spettacolo,lontano dal caos ma a soli 4 km da Riva o Arco,ciclabile appena fuori dalla struttura collegata a Riva senza fare strada,sicura x tutti.

This apartment is located at a perfect spot if you travel with children and or want to bike at the Lake. There is a playground outside, secure bike storage and the parking is perfect. Surrounded by an old building lovely renovated and olive trees plus lakeview the balcony is perfect. Thomas as a host was not available, The aparment is run by a company so the personal touch is missing. Also the checkin is not at the apartment, which can be enduring after a long var ride. The older couple living in the groundfloor are totally making up for that though. They actually own the place. Kind, welcoming and nice to the kids! We would recommend!!!

Thomas was an excellent host! He was allways available. The flat is brand new, clean, it has a little terrace with a beautiful view to the mountains. Just in front if the building there is a playground to the chilsren, they loved it! It's the best place to disvover the north part of, the Lake!!

Apartament bardzo zadbany oraz czysty. Świetnie wyposażony: szybki internet, tv satelitarna, pralka, klimatyzacja. Obsługa szybko reaguje na wysyłane wiadomości. Postarali się o dwa łóżeczka oraz dwa krzesełka dla moich dzieci. Bezpłatny prywatny parking. Polecam.

An sich ist die Unterkunft ganz ok, jedoch gab es nichts zum kochen, das heißt nicht mal pfeffer oder salz. Kaffee kann man sich auf jeweils nur für 1 person machen, da der Bialetti wirklich winzig ist - sofern man sich vorher kaffee kaufen geht.. Es ist auch nicht direkt ersichtlich, dass die Wohnung ziemlich ausserhalb des Zentrums von Riva del Garda liegt.

Alloggio molto carino , pulitissimo, indicazioni molto chiare, vicini molto simpatici , il passaggio al parcheggio era un po’ stretto ma in generale il nostro alloggio è stato molto comodo . Per arrivare al centro di Riva ci mettevamo pochissimo , la zona era molto tranquilla e si dormiva benissimo .
