It was a great location and venue. My only criticism would be the road state to the property that could cause damage to a car with a low front. The venue is also not walkable to local restaurants and this should be bore in mind if planning a trip there.

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette magnifique villa, parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs familles. La maison est très bien entretenue, spacieuse, et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable. Le cadre est calme et splendide, idéal pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Deborah et Roberto pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur réactivité tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation !

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wunderschönes Haus mit grossem Garten mit wunderbarem Pool. Zum Haus gehört ein Privatstrand ( 5 Min. mit dem Auto) der auch sehr schön ist. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Deborah empfangen. Bei Fragen zum Haus wurden wir von Roberto unterstützt. Barbara Stenz

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! 😊 Deborah war super hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Das Haus und die Anlage sind ein Traum! Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen da und 3 Kindern und jeder hatte genug Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Wir sind zufrieden 😊

The location is just amazing and kept clean during our stay. The pool was cleaned every day. There is plenty of room and the house is equipped with everything you need. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Deborah took very good care of us. She organised reservations at nice restaurants and was always a very helpful advisor for planing some day trips. All in all I'd recommend the location for a nice time out in Italy

My family and I had a great time in Casale Teresa. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. The pool is big and clean and tended to daily by the hosts. The hosts are very attentive and easy to reach. They are at the house for a short time daily to maintain the pool and remove garbage. The house is big, very secluded and surrounded by farmland. It has high ceilings and the interior has a rustic feel, which suits the surroundings. We found that the house had everything that we needed. The inside of the house maintained good temperatures despite high temperatures outside. Thank you for a great stay.

Tusinde tak for et fantastisk ophold. Alle 8 voksne og 5 børn følte sig velkommen og der var massere plads til alle. Poolen var fantastisk, og husets poolhus samt udendørs arealer var fantastiske. Huset ligger 10-15 minutter fra Tarquinia, ude på landet… så man kan ikke rigtig gå til noget derfra. Perfekt til store familier, og forholdsvis nemt til den private strand samt de omkringliggende vingårde. Vi kommer gerne igen. Hilsen de 4 familer fra Danmark.

Just one word of warning. The electricity cost (you pay as you leave) is very steep. You are paying to heat a large swimming pool even if you don't use it (the weather was too cold during our week) and there are many lights that come on in the grounds well before dusk and go off well afterwards.

Karakteristiek huis met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Goed contact met de verhuurder. Toen er zich een probleem voordeed met de riolering, zeer adequaat opgelost. Bezoek aan Rome met de trein is uitstekend te doen.

We were a large party of 8 and, for some time 9, at Casale Teresa. The house was comfortable and well equipped for a party of this size. There is plenty of china, knives, forks and cooking utensils. However, given that it was 39 degs every day we urgently needed more fans, which Virginia and Roberto arranged promptly. For the future, it would be helpful to install ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms as there are upstairs. I did not meet Cristiana. She did not introduce herself, indeed I did not know where she lived. The stand out quality of this rental were the services of Virginia and Roberto. They were superb, communicating with Virginia, who speaks excellent english, was quick and efficient. Whatever query or problem we had, Virginia was on to it immediately and resolved the problem. This made all the difference; she is a real asset and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was somewhat surprised to learn when we arrived that electricity is an additional charge. There was no problem in the amount consumed which was in line with the average. However, although this detail is pointed out in the property description, it is slightly ‘buried’. I suggest that it is added to the summary page of financial detail (rental, cleaning charge, deposit + electricity, approximately €100 per week) for the avoidance of all doubt. The swimming pool is magnificent, which Roberto kept clean daily and topped up. We all enjoyed our stay at Casale Teresa.
