Foi muito fácil a comunicação e rápida a resposta sempre que foi necessário algum esclarecimento. O apartamento corresponde às fotos e à descrição, apenas falta referir que o AC requer o pagamento com moedas de 1€ por tempo limitado.

We had a wonderful stay at Mikael's apartment. The place looks even better than in the pictures and was spacious and clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. To reach the pool you have to cross as small path outside the house to reach the pool but that was ok. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood and you can reach a supermarket in around 10 - 15 minutes walk and the beach in around 30-40 minutes walk or Uber/Bolt is available too. The AC works with payment in coins, I liked this concept as it is more sustainable than having the AC run 24/7. Please note that the apartment is managed by an agency. While they provided valuable information beforehand. It was not possible to reach them or the actual landlord Mikael on a short notice when we inquired whether we could check-in early as the normal check-in is very late at 5 PM.

Pros: Helpful host Great location Spacious apartment Peaceful neighbourhood Cons: I feel the amenities are quite dated, including the oven and air conditioning (which you have to pay for) The bare minimum is left in the apartment, no tea towels, toaster, 1 x toilet roll and a little more could go a long way!

This was one of seven units in a four story house ran by a company who manages their air bnb account. Pros are when we had an issue getting in with the front door there was always someone from the company attentive to the chat through air bnb and I didn’t need to reach out to that company outside of air bnb and they resolved the door issue literally that night. The specific place was pretty clean although the stand up shower was a little moldy. The biggest issue with cleanliness was the shared pool in the back. The water level was low so the skimmer basket was not working and there was a lot of hair and floating white bits and it was pretty gross so we unfortunately didn’t use it despite being a big reason for booking this place. Location was close to beaches restaurants and everything else but definitely not walking distance not sure if the post says walking distance but just speaking from a preferred proximity it’s pretty good but not great. Not worth 200$ a night though

Apartment was clean and well positioned to travel around Malta. Free on street parking was available and local shops within 5 minute drive. aircon works with 1 euro coins which you can obtain at the local shop. The pool was clean and refreshing. we did have an issue starting the gas hob as there was no lighter supplied, however after communicating with Airbnb host, this was dropped off the next day. Only 1 toilet roll was supplied for a 5 day stay for 2 people. we had to supply our own.

Frühstück auf der großen Terasse war sehr schön, man kann gut mit dem öffentlichen Bussen unterwegs sein. Die Nähe zu Gozo hat uns gefallen.

Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen sehr angenehmen. Abgesehen von der Baustelle die neben an schon früh um 07:00 morgens extrem laut waren und den Balkon mit dreck, staub und Schutt zum sandkasten verwandeln haben. Die liegen auf dem Balkon waren SEHR dreckig, da wollt sich niemand drauflegen. Pool ist viel zu klein für die anzahl der Gäste und die liegen reichen nicht aus. Es gibt zwar eine waschmaschine aber nur eine für alle 7 Appartements. Die Wohnung war an sich sehr schön kann es aber niemanden empfehlen die in größeren Gruppen unterwegs sind dafür fehlt es an platz auch wenn genug betten da sind.
