Een appartement op de eerste verdieping, in het hart van het charmante dorpje Grangesises, geschikt voor 4 personen en het hele jaar door een geweldige vakantiebestemming. De woonkamer is voorzien van een hoekbank met een flatscreen-tv en openslaande deuren naar een mooi houten balkon met uitzicht op de berghelling. De eettafel in de woonkamer biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De open keuken is uitgerust met een kookplaat, magnetron en koelkast. Slapen De banken in de woonkamer kunnen worden omgevormd tot 2 comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden. Extra: Er is een stapelbed Badkamer De betegelde badkamer, met grote spiegels, is voorzien van een douche, wastafel, bidet en toilet Extra - Gratis wifi - Flatscreen-tv - Centrale verwarming - Elektrische radiatoren - Haardroger - Skiberging & korting op skiverhuur voor gasten • Gratis openbare parkeergelegenheid, auto aanbevolen (maar er is ook een skibus in de buurt) - Kindvriendelijk - Huisdieren toegestaan - Nespresso-apparaat - Wasfaciliteiten - Voor elk verblijf wordt een borg van 300 € gevraagd Er geldt een toeslag voor late aankomst: € 20 voor aankomsten na 20.00 uur en vóór 22.00 uur, en € 50 voor aankomsten tussen 22.00 uur en middernacht. Uitchecken is tussen 08.00 uur en 10.00 uur. Vroegtijdig vertrek moet vooraf met de accommodatie worden afgesproken. Locatie Het appartement ligt in het hart van het charmante dorpje Grangesises, op slechts 5 minuten rijden van het skigebied Sestriere. Het omringende landschap is het hele jaar door werkelijk adembenemend. Sestriere heeft veel te bieden. In de wintermaanden zijn de pistes rondom het resort geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Er is langlaufen, heliskiën, schaatsen, sneeuwscooteren, hondensleeën en sneeuwschoenwandelen. Er is zelfs een verwarmd buitenzwembad dat zowel in de winter als in de zomer geopend is. Onze gasten kunnen skipassen voor het skigebied ViaLattea direct kopen in ons Happy.Rentals-kantoor in Sestriere. Tijdens de zomermaanden bieden Grangesises en de omgeving bezoekers een rijk programma aan entertainment, culturele en sportevenementen voor volwassenen en kinderen. Er zijn sportdagen en fitnessweekends met gecertificeerde personal trainers. De ligging van de Grange Hike & Ski-appartementen is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar wildernis en ongerepte natuur. De naburige valleien, zoals de Argentera-vallei en de Vallone di Thuras, bieden een netwerk van routes met verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, en het is mogelijk om op afspraak begeleide tochten met natuurgidsen te organiseren. Er zijn ook talrijke routes in de omgeving voor mountainbike- en downhill-liefhebbers van alle niveaus. Voor onze gasten zijn er kortingen in aangesloten winkels voor de verhuur van e-bikes en gewone fietsen. Het nabijgelegen Sestriere biedt een internationaal gerenommeerde golfbaan (18 holes, par 65), een zwembad en tennisbanen. Voor de zomer van 2023 staan de etappes van de wereldkampioenschappen trial en enduro op het programma, eind juli, en in de eerste week van augustus de belangrijke internationale atletiekmeeting en het filmfestival van Sestriere. Liefhebbers van geschiedenis mogen de re-enactment van de slag bij Assietta in juli en de rondleidingen in het fort van Fenestrelle en het Chaberton-museum in Claviere niet missen. In Grangesises en Sestriere zijn er veel uitstekende restaurants en bars voor alle smaken en budgetten. Voor zelfverzorging biedt Sestriere supermarkten (de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op 10 minuten rijden) en kleine winkeltjes met lokale specialiteiten. De luchthaven van Turijn ligt op 1 uur en 30 minuten rijden van het appartement.

The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive. There are restaurants where the apartment is located but you need to book especially in busy periods. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernising but its clean, very warm and fine for a week.

L’aspetto che ho preferito è stata la posizione in un paesino totalmente pedonale immerso nel bosco a 3km da Sestriere. Consente di essere vicino a tutte le attrazioni ma garantisce la tranquillità quando ci si ritira a fine giornata.
