Dit zonnige appartement, met uitzicht op het piazza in het mooie dorp Grangesises, is geschikt voor 4 personen en is het hele jaar door een spannende vakantiebestemming. Het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping (met een lift) van een aantrekkelijke residentie in chaletstijl en heeft een lichte woonkamer met een hoekbank, een flatscreen HD TV, een klassiek houten dressoir en een klein balkon. De houten eettafel staat naast de banken en biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De open kitchenette is uitgerust met een kookplaat, een magnetron en een koelkast. Slapen Slaapkamer: De grote slaapkamer heeft een houten tweepersoonsbed en een groot raam. Extra: De banken in de woonkamer veranderen in 2 comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden. Badkamer De betegelde badkamer, met grote spiegels, heeft een douche, wastafel, bidet en WC. Het omliggende landschap is het hele jaar door adembenemend. Als gastheer van de Olympische Winterspelen van 2006 biedt Sestriere een breed scala aan activiteiten. In de wintermaanden zijn de pistes rond het resort geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Er is langlaufen, heli-skiën, schaatsen, motorsleeën, hondensleeën en sneeuwschoenwandelen. Onze gasten kunnen skipassen voor het ViaLattea skigebied direct in ons Happy.Rentals kantoor in Sestriere kopen. Tijdens de zomermaanden bieden Grangesises en omgeving bezoekers een rijk programma van entertainment, culturele en sportieve evenementen voor volwassenen en kinderen. Er zijn sportdagen en fitnessweekenden met gediplomeerde personal trainers. De locatie van de Grange Hike & Ski appartementen is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar wildernis en ongerepte natuur. De naburige valleien, zoals de Argentera Vallei en de Vallone di Thuras, bieden een netwerk van wandelpaden met verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, en het is mogelijk om begeleide uitstapjes te organiseren met milieuvriendelijke wandelgidsen op reservering. Er zijn ook talloze routes in de omgeving voor mountainbike- en downhill-liefhebbers van alle niveaus. Voor onze gasten zijn er kortingen in de aangesloten winkels voor het huren van e-bikes en muscle bikes. Het nabijgelegen Sestriere biedt een internationaal bekende golfbaan (18 holes, par 65), een zwembad en tennisbanen. Voor de zomer van 2023 staan eind juli de etappes van de wereldkampioenschappen trialmotoren en endurobikes op het programma, en in de eerste week van augustus de belangrijke internationale atletiekbijeenkomst en het filmfestival van Sestriere. Geschiedenisliefhebbers mogen de heropvoering van de slag bij Assietta in juli en de rondleidingen naar het Fort van Fenestrelle en het Chaberton museum in Claviere niet missen. In Grangesises en Sestriere zijn vele uitstekende restaurants en bars voor ieders smaak en budget. Voor self-catering biedt Sestriere supermarkten (de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op 10 minuten rijden) en kleine winkeltjes met lokale specialiteiten. Abbiamo trascorso fine settimana all' insegna del relax in questo tranquillo borgo. Appartamento come da foto e descrizione. Pulito e dotato di tutto l' occorrente. Soleggiato e con splendida vista dal balcone. A pochi passi, un ottima pizzeria e un gentilissimo bar. Ludovico .. host gentile, disponibile, e preciso. Consigliatissimo.

The location was good. It was full of nice restaurants and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pistas are less than 10 minutes driving and there is a nice apre ski just 5 minutes drive.

Fantastic stay here! Only three tweeks. So communication was very last minute, we were arriving late at night and worried we had no password or details for the key lock to get it and the owners were not responding. It did say 7 days before we would be contacted so I panicked and thought it was a dodgy booking the entire week, finally the day before we got details and all was fine! Second there are three restaurants in grangedisises however you have to book these well in advance, like all restaurants even in Sestriere so we ended up not being able to eat on the Saturday night anywhere, so please book somewhere before travelling. Lastly their is nothing provided within the room not even soap and fresh of an flight and 3 hour drive arriving at midnight we needed some soap so take these bits with you. Everything else very very good, so clean, perfect location for skiing in Sestriere not even a 5 minute drive and your there! Parking at accommodation is just behind it and gets so busy over the weekend you end up parking down the side of the road so a little hire car is ideal to squeeze into the gaps. Supermarkets arnt like in the uk, they are little shops in Sestriere, took us ages to find them! One is on the very front tucked in among all the many many ski shops ( entry is the door closest to the slopes) another was in the square up in the town of Sestriere both very good! Petrol station on the left as you drive into Sestriere. Skiing was fantastic!! Thank you

Appartamento che si trova in un residence è in una buona posizione, check in gestito a distanza senza problemi. La cucina non è fornita del necessario per cucinare e mangiare in casa. Piatti e stoviglie carenti. È stato necessario acquistare un set di coltelli, tovaglia e strofinacci. In bagno mancava bagnoschiuma /shampoo. Era presente solo un rotolo già iniziato di carta igienica ed una mini saponetta per le mani. La doccia, molto stretta, ha una tenda di plastica non igienica che durante la doccia si appiccica al corpo. Il soffione tenuto con nastro isolante e non regolabile. Necessita tutto quanto di manutenzione. Il termostato che regola la temperatura del riscaldamento è scollegato pertanto la temperatura dell'ambiente era eccessivamente alta ed è stato necessario chiudere l'impianto generale su indicazione del team di assistenza dell'agenzia immobiliare. Nel complesso non la consiglio anche perché il prezzo è eccessivo per quello che offre.
