Herstel je zintuigen in het zonovergoten, kristalheldere water van Sardinië. Dit luchtige, lichte appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping, op een steenworp afstand van het betoverende strand Loiri Porto San Paolo en biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op het eiland Tavolara. Het is geschikt voor vier personen. De slim ontworpen open woonruimte van het pand heeft een grote ingebouwde hoekbank, een flatscreentelevisie en op maat gemaakte bank rond het kookeiland. Deze ruimte komt uit op een zonnig terras door glazen schuifdeuren van vloer tot plafond, waardoor er een heerlijke buitenruimte ontstaat. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast met vriesvak. Slapen: Slaapkamer 1: De eerste slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: De tweede slaapkamer is ingericht met een stapelbed, een wastafel en een kledingkast. Badkamers: Badkamer: De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, een bidet, een wastafel en een WC Extra: - Kindvriendelijk - Geen wifi - Wasfaciliteiten - Wasmachine - Gratis openbare parkeerplaats - Auto noodzakelijk - Huisdieren niet toegestaan - Koffiezetapparaat (Moka) Extra toeslag: De toeristenbelasting moet ter plaatse worden betaald. 2€ per dag per persoon Licht, water, gas en supplement € 10 per dag ter plaatse te betalen Locatie: Het appartement is gunstig gelegen in de Piazzetta van Loiri Porto San Paolo, zeer dicht bij het stadscentrum waar bezoekers kunnen genieten van de plaatselijke boetieks, restaurants en bars. Porto San Paolo ligt in een beschermd zeegebied aan de noordoostelijke kustlijn van Sardinië. De omliggende zee is beroemd om zijn prachtige turquoise kleur en het eiland Tavolara dat het kustlandschap domineert. Porto San Paola concentreert zich rond een kleine jachthaven waar bezoekers een veerboot kunnen nemen om Tavolara en andere nabijgelegen eilanden te bezoeken. Er zijn verschillende stranden in de buurt, die te voet bereikbaar zijn en geweldige plekken zijn om te snorkelen. Twee van de beroemdste stranden van Noord-Sardinië zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken, La Cinta (15 minuten rijden) en Lu Impostu (11 minuten rijden). Er zijn ook veel sportieve activiteiten in de buurt, zoals surfen, duiken, paardrijden, tennis en golf. De luchthaven van Olbia ligt op 30 minuten rijden van het pand, terwijl de haven van Olbia op ongeveer 35 minuten rijden ligt.

We loved staying here. This was our first trip to Sardinia, so we didn’t know what to expect. Hania, who met us for check in was great. She helped us with lots of recommendations. We especially loved the open living room / kitchen area and the balcony, which are very bright and well decorated, where we spent most of our time looking at the beautiful view of the water and Tavolara island. The sunrises were amazing! The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, and would be fine for a couple of children too. We really liked the decoration with Sardinian touches. It’s very conveniently located too, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the docks for the ferry & your boats, snd a little beach. We especially liked the restaurant on the water, Portolano. Our favorite beach was Lu Impostu - beautiful and we found a quiet end by the rocks with a little shade. We also liked the restaurant, Lo Scorfano allegro in Golfo Aranci, where we stopped after visiting the nuraghe a little further north (very interesting). We would love to come back and definitely recommend this place.

Die Lage ist einfach wunderbar. Toller Blick über die Bucht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Es gibt viele schöne Restaurants und für jeden Geldbeutel ist etwas dabei. Vom hochwertigen Restaurant bis zu einem einfachen ausgezeichneten Imbiss. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und sehr freundlich. Die Sarden sind sehr hilfsbereit und tolle Gastgeber.

Per 250 euro al giorno per luglio, mi aspettavo una qualità superiore ma forse la Sardegna ha raggiunto livelli che potrebbero scoraggiare tanti. La zona è la vista veramente ottima, problemi non risolti con i piccioni sul terrazzo dove si doveva mangiare. Altra cosa visto il prezzo e l’assenza di aria condizionata l’elettricità potevate includerla.

Beautiful view from the balcony, which was only partially sunny in the early morning, so it was perfect. The doors to the kitchen/dining area could be opened completely. Plenty of kitchenware. We had access to private parking, otherwise it would have been difficult to park the car. Lovely beach (combination of rocks and sand) 7 min. walk to the left from the harbor. (Translated by deepl)
