Dit gezellige appartement op de begane grond in een modern chalet biedt alles wat gasten nodig hebben voor een fantastisch verblijf in de Alpen, in elk jaargetijde. Het appartement heeft een rustige, zonnige ligging en is geschikt voor 6 personen, dus ideaal voor een gezin of een groep vrienden. De belangrijkste woonkamer maakt optimaal gebruik van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen met een grote glazen deur die uitkomt op het privéterras. Hier kunnen gasten ontspannen met een kopje koffie en genieten van de rustige omgeving. Weer binnen is de met hout beklede woonkamer zowel gezellig als eigentijds. Het is ingericht met een bank, een salontafel, fauteuils en een flatscreentelevisie. Aan de andere kant van de kamer staat een eettafel voor 6 personen en een open keuken. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een gecombineerde inductie/kookplaat, magnetron, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, fondue- en Nespresso koffiezetapparaat. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De ouderslaapkamer is prachtig bekleed met grenenhout en heeft een tweepersoonsbed, uitgebreide kledingkasten en een ensuite badkamer. Slaapkamer 2: Een gezellige tweede slaapkamer, met een tweepersoonsbed en kasten. Slaapkamer 3: Deze gedeeltelijk met hout betimmerde kamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed met een 2e uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed. Badkamers Badkamer 1: Deze betegelde badkamer heeft een ligbad met douchekop, wastafel, wasmachine en WC. Badkamer 2: Deze badkamer heeft een douche, wastafel en WC. Voor beginners liggen de pistes van La Vormaine op slechts 3 minuten rijden. Voor meer ervaren skiërs zijn de Tour Col de Balme pistes ook dichtbij. Sommige van de hogere pistes rond Argentière bieden skiën later in het seizoen, soms tot begin mei. In de zomer is er in de vallei van alles te doen, van wandelen en mountainbiken tot bergbeklimmen, paardrijden, wildwatervaren, paragliden, tennis en golf. Argentière (3 minuten rijden) heeft veel van de voorzieningen die bezoekers nodig hebben, waaronder restaurants en een supermarkt. De wekelijkse markt, waar je de allerbeste lokale ingrediënten kunt vinden, vindt elke zondagochtend plaats. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 25 minuten rijden van het huis.

Logement lumineux et fidèle à la description. Tres bien situé pour aller skier au Tour. Literie confortable, chauffage et eau chaude ok. Chalet convivial et chaleureux. Manque peut être de produit de base pour la cuisine (sel, huile, verre doseur). Séjour au top, nous recommandons vivement ce chalet.

Loved the position and the view and thought the price very reasonable for 3 bedrooms in season. We also thought the kitchen was well equipped although a cafetiere would have been a welcome addition. Our only real complaint was the lack of wifi.

The place is nice and well located (next to the bus stop for ski lifts and the train station Montroc le Planet). The view from the living room is lovely. The place is spacious and big enough for up to six people. There’s parking, which is very helpful, but it’s a bit of a walk from the flat. You also need to drive or take a bus to the nearest grocery store. This could be tricky if you travel with a small child or elderly parents and have to carry things back and forth from the car.

Troisième séjour à Montroc et premier dans ce logement. Nous avons été déçus par la qualité du bien. Beaucoup de détails cassés, sales et mal entretenus. Les salles de bain devraient être refaites, fuites d'eau, moisissures.... La VMC ne fonctionne pas, ni la hotte dans la cuisine. On ne peut pas accéder au logement, ce qui est un point négatif lorsqu'il faut décharger les affaires. La terrasse n'est pas aménagée pour 6 personnes; une table et 6 chaises auraient été appréciables pour profiter de la belle météo de notre sejour...Les cartes d'hôtes permettant de prendre les transports en commun gratuitement n'étaient pas disponibles dans le logement, nous avons dû les chercher à L'Office du tourisme de Vallorcine, au bon vouloir de la personne bien sympathique qui était à l'accueil. Pour nous, ce logement nécessite quelques petits travaux d'entretien et de rafraîchissement, cependant, son point positif, c'est la vue!! Une vue unique et grandiose sur le Mont Blanc

Le parking privé n'était pas accessible pendant votre séjour en raison de travaux routiers, ce qui vous a été communiqué à l'avance. Les cartes d'hôtes sont à retirer à notre bureau local, elles ne sont pas laissées dans la maison. Cependant, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la vue !

Beautiful apartment just down the road from the Le Tour gondola. Living areas and bedrooms in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are a little dated but still nice and clean. THERE IS NO WIFI!!! IT IS CLEARLY MARKED AS “NOT PROVIDED” ON THE LISTING BUT I DIDN’T THINK TO CHECK THIS AS ASSUMED ALL LETTINGS WOULD HAVE WIFI THESE DAYS! SO WRITING HERE IN CASE OTHERS MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Mark is a pleasant and responsive host and was good to answer all questions beforehand. The local office are not so good and were unable to complete a simple request of providing hand soap and shower soap that should have been provided. If you are reliant on public transport then please note that the last bus from Chamonix/Argentiere is at 9pm so you have to book the night bus tickets online to get you from Argentiere to Montroc after that time.

Chamonix is truly breathtaking, and this house is perfectly situated right by the snowy mountains. It's only a 3-minute walk from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient. The heating in the house is excellent, providing a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay!
