A unique, ground-floor apartment which sleeps 3 people. The apartment is one of 7 on a beautiful agriturismo, which is a working farm, with olive groves and vineyards. It makes a wonderful retreat at any time of year. The apartment has unusual vaulted brick ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors in the living room. It consists of an open-plan living area, furnished with a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The pretty fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. An attractive arched door leads to a private terrace which has a table, chairs and a large umbrella for meals al fresco. There are also two sunloungers where guests can relax in peace. The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sunloungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view. Sleeping Bedroom: This delightful bedroom with dark wooden floors, has a wrought iron double bed and wardrobe. A glass door leads out to the terrace Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a single bed. Bathroom The spacious bathroom, has a separate basin, with a shower, bidet and WC in the main bathroom. Additional • Free Wifi • Satellite TV • Shared swimming pool • Outside seating & dining areas • BBQ • Gym equipment • Private & shared gardens • Wood-burning stove • Air conditioning • Mosquito net • Hair dryer • Waste disposal • Child-friendly • Washing machine - additional cost • Private parking, car essential • Pets allowed but must be kept on a lead in common areas (not allowed in swimming pool area) • The agriturismo sells home-produced olive oil and wine on-site • Horse-riding on-site (additional cost). NB: The agriturismo is down 600 metres of dirt road off the main road. For larger groups, there are 6 other flats on the property. Please see ID’s 7982, 7983, 7984, 7976, 10002 and 10003. Location The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside. The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away.

We liked the apartment! The swimming pool was also very good! But we couldn’t eat outside because of the wasps. We tried everything, we went to the area in front, we went in the back and at our own apartment. But there were wasps everywhere. I also saw a nest. That was disappointing because it was beautiful outside and we couldn’t eat or drink outside. Not all of the cutlery was clean. But we had a great time! Thank you for the good service!

We hebben echt genoten van de rust en de ruimte. Echt authentiek interieur zoals op de foto’s met gezellige kleuren. Buiten nog een centraal extra afdak waar je heerlijk kan zitten en je de zon onder kan zien gaan. Geweldig! Het bed piepte wel een beetje maar het matras was goed. Een mooi en fijn zwembad . Je bent wel een uurtje aan het rijden als je ergens naartoe wilt maar je zit overal centraal. Mooie grote supermarkt Coop gevonden. Uit eten kan pas vanaf 19:30 uur en kijk van tevoren welk restaurant open is. Je zit 10 minuten van het station af en kunt daar parkeren, je kunt vanaf daar gemakkelijk naar Florence of naar Siena. Kaartjes bij station kopen. En het kiezelpad vanuit de weg is hobbelig naar beneden maar goed te berijden, je went eraan. Let goed op tegenliggers die je tegemoet kunnen komen. Je kunt soms net langs elkaar af. Parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats . Stukje naar beneden lopen en je bent er. Laden en lossen kan wel beneden maar dan weer parkeren boven.

Excelente apartamento para pasar unos días en medio de las colinas de la toscana. Es una zona que está cerca a la mayoría de ciudades y villas que son un must para visitar. La piscina no estaba limpia y no pudimos utilizarla. El wi - fi solo funciona afuera del apartamento, no adentro.

Abbiamo prenotato questo alloggio per 5 notti purtroppo siamo rimasti solo due notti per problemi familiari,ho chiesto se era previsto un rimborso parziale anche sotto forma di voucher, l hoste mi ha risposto che nn era di sua competenza perché l alloggio e’ gestito da un agenzia, ho contattato l agenzia purtroppo mi è stato risposto che nn è previsto anche se leggendo sulla politica di rimborso c’è scritto che in casi di problemi gravi familiari e’ previsto un rimborso! Questo lo trovo veramente scorretto e poco professionale! Quindi mai più prenotare un alloggio gestito da agenzie se mai più in futuro userò Airbnb. Alloggio molto carino , posizione molto bella peccato che nn era abbastanza pulito, forte odore di umidità e fogna pieno di mosche fatto tutto presente al proprietario della struttura, persona molto gentile che mi ha risposto purtroppo che nn si occupa lui xche ha lasciato in gestione! Piscina carina curata e abbastanza pulita, lettini sporchi e pieni di muffa

Well located between Florence and Siena, although no local nice restaurants really. Lovely setting overlooking hills, great pool (cold though!) and communal eating areas.

Abbiamo prenotato questo alloggio per 5 notti purtroppo siamo rimasti solo due notti per problemi familiari,ho chiesto se era previsto un rimborso parziale anche sotto forma di voucher, l hoste mi ha risposto che nn era di sua competenza perché l alloggio e’ gestito da un agenzia, ho contattato l agenzia purtroppo mi è stato risposto che nn è previsto anche se leggendo sulla politica di rimborso c’è scritto che in casi di problemi gravi familiari e’ previsto un rimborso! Questo lo trovo veramente scorretto e poco professionale! Quindi mai più prenotare un alloggio gestito da agenzie se mai più in futuro userò Airbnb. Alloggio molto carino , posizione molto bella peccato che nn era abbastanza pulito, forte odore di umidità e fogna pieno di mosche fatto tutto presente al proprietario della struttura, persona molto gentile che mi ha risposto purtroppo che nn si occupa lui xche ha lasciato in gestione! Piscina carina curata e abbastanza pulita, lettini sporchi e pieni di muffa

Ottima posizione per quanto riguarda il nostro soggiorno, visto che eravamo in visita per trovare i miei genitori che di trovavano a pochi chilometri. Il panorama mozzafiato e tanta quiete.
