A little piece of heaven in Tuscany! Climb up your private brick staircase to reach the front door of this charming apartment. A corner flat, with its own terrace, it is one of 7 on a beautiful agriturismo. This is a working farm, where they grow olives for oil and grapes for wine and it makes a tranquil retreat at any time of year. The apartment sleeps 3 people and has a cosy, open-plan living area, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The wooden kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. The private terrace, at the bottom of the entrance staircase, has a table, chairs and a large umbrella for meals al fresco. The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sun loungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view. Sleeping Bedroom: This airy bedroom, with dark wooden floors, has a painted iron double bed and an antique wardrobe. Mezzanine Bedroom: Up a ladder staircase in the bedroom, this charming little mezzanine has a single bed and an antique dressing table and chair. Bathroom The fresh, tiled bathroom, has a basin, shower, bidet and WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Satellite TV • Shared swimming pool • Outside seating & dining areas • BBQ • Gym equipment • Private & shared gardens • Wood-burning stove • Air conditioning • Mosquito net • Hair dryer • Waste disposal • Child-friendly • Washing machine - additional cost • Private parking, car essential • Pets allowed but must be kept on a lead in common areas (not allowed in swimming pool area) • The agriturismo sells home-produced olive oil and wine on-site • Horse-riding on-site (additional cost). NB: The agriturismo is down 600 metres of dirt road off the main road. For larger groups, there are 6 other flats on the property. Please see ID’s 7982, 7983, 7984, 7976, 10001 and 10002. Location The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside. The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away.

La famiglia dei proprietari sono persone davvero meravigliose. La struttura è grande e armonizzata al territorio in un contesto agreste di campagna. Svegliarsi tra olivi, vigneti, profumi della natura, fanno trovare una calma ed un silenzio davvero rigeneranti. Tanti servizi utili come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a legna (per delle pizze fantastiche) un grande gazebo per socializzare, leggere e mangiare in compagnia. Un posto magico fuori dal tempo. In appartamento ci hanno fatto trovare un presente molto gradito, che non svelo per non fare spoiler. L'appartamento è in stile chalet, con travi a vista e mobili in legno stile arte povera, con un soppalco meraviglioso. Camere davvero ampie. A 7 minuti dall'agriturismo c'è una grande coop.fi dove fare abbondanti spese, visto il frigo capiente e le molte credenze disponibili. La posizione strategica tra Firenze, Pisa, Certaldo, ecc. è un'ottimo campo base per gite d'arte ed esperienze coinvolgenti. Bellissimo!

Good location and with a outdoor pool for a quite and relaxing stay with family. Most of the important cities like Florence, Pisa , Siena and San gimignano are reachable by car under 1 hour. Super market Coop is just 5 minutes drive from the stay.

Die Lage! Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll eingebettet in die toskanische Landschaft. Morgens aufgestanden kann man den Blick ins Tal beim frühstück geniessen. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt genutzt um die Toskana zu bereisen und auch dafür war sie wunderbar gelegen! Zudem war es toll den Pool zu haben für die heißen Tage, ideal zum abkühlen nach einem langen Städtetrip:) + Klimaanlage!

Heerlijk zwembad en een mooie centrale locatie om vanuit Toscane te ontdekken. Ook zijn er op het terrein meerdere zitjes waar je neer kan strijken met een boek en een glas wijn of om te eten en een spelletje te spelen terwijl je de zonsondergang aanschouwt. Ondanks de andere gasten is het er rustig en zit je middenin de natuur. Het is dan ook goed vertoeven aan het zwembad na een bezoek aan een stad of dorpje uit de regio. Ook is het appartement voorzien van een vaatwasser wat wel echt een luxe is op vakantie.
