Santa Teresa Gallura, on the north coast of Sardinia, is a popular tourist destination. There are several diving centres close by so that you can appreciate the clean waters and excellent visibility. The port of Santa Teresa Gallura is just a 15-minute walk from the residence. Here you can catch a boat to Corsica or the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena. In the other direction, the headland from Punta Bechi to Punta Falcone makes a delightful route for a stroll. Here visitors can appreciate the natural beauty of their surroundings. For self-catering, the Thursday farmers market on Via Tibula and Via Nazionale is a must. Olbia airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away.
