A stunning, first-floor apartment in a traditional style mountain chalet, with carved wooden balconies offering glorious mountain views. This apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is in the heart of nature yet close to the centre of Argentière. It is an ideal holiday destination at any time of year. The alpine décor creates a cosy atmosphere. The spacious living area is the heart of the apartment with an open sitting area, furnished with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining table and the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Windows and a sliding glass door run along the wall of the dining area, and the door leads out to the wooden balcony. The balcony has a table and benches for relaxed meals al fresco. Guests can enjoy lovely views of the forest and mountainside. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with attractive wooden panelling, is furnished with a double bed. Large sliding glass windows open onto the balcony where guests can relax on a sunlounger to enjoy the mountain air. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has an attractive wooden bunk bed. Bedroom 3: Another airy bedroom with a wooden bunk bed Bathrooms The two modern bathrooms (one en suite to the master bedroom) both have a full bath with shower head, basin and W.C. Ideal for more advanced skiers and snowboarders. Argentière has all the amenities for a perfect holiday: gorgeous alpine landscapes, good restaurants, bars and shops. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. Argentière railway station is just 11 minutes on foot, and the train can take visitors up to the Mont Blanc station. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. In the winter season, visitors can enjoy some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Alps. Geneva airport is 1 hour 25 minutes drive from the apartment.

Booked this joint for a ski trip with my 2 brothers. Everything was as advertised. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient location. 5 min walk to town and 5 min walk to Grand Montet ski area. Exactly what we were looking for on this trip.

The apartment was generally ok. Great location and clean etc. The main complaint from us is the lack of pillows which made for quite an uncomfortable sleep. It would be better to have 2 pillows per person.

Posizione della casa strategica, sia per sciatori che per passeggiate. Attraverso il ponte pedonale dietro la struttura in 2 minuti si raggiunge l'impianto di risalita e la partenza di percorsi pedonali lungo il fiume. A piedi in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro del paese con farmacia e supermercato. Da migliorare la pulizia della moquette in camera e del divano in soggiorno, entrambi presentano macchie evidenti che danno effetto di sporcizia. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto, sarebbe comodo far trovare qualche pastiglia per la lavastoviglie in più (solo una nel kit monouso comunque molto apprezzato). La casa è un pò vecchiotta ma funzionale, la tenda della vasca sapeva di muffa, insomma qualche accorgimento in più di pulizia non guasterebbe ma nel complesso feedback positivo!
