The flat is ideally located for the old town and within easy reach of the train, tram and bus station. It was quiet. The bedroom is accessed up a steep stair case and because it has no window was stuffy at times although stand alone fans were supplied. The kitchen is basic. Many of the kitchen amenities were not there when we arrived and Corrado, the host, supplied many these within the first four days. Still there was no dish washer as advertised and the wifi erratic. The main room was pleasant with a very high ceiling and a French door for light. We stayed for three weeks Oct/Nov and the room was always warm enough.
