A spacious and airy ground-floor apartment which is just a few minutes walk from an award-winning beach. This contemporary property sleeps up to 6 people and offers a relaxed holiday for family or friends. The apartment has extensive outdoor space, with split terraces, shaded areas and a solarium. The main courtyard, which has a table and chairs, is partially shaded for comfortable meals al fresco. A short flight of steps leads up to an open terrace with sun loungers and a stone BBQ. The entrance to the apartment is through a shaded veranda, from here guests enter the open-plan kitchen which is at one end of the main living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. In the middle of the room is a dining table and chairs and at the far end is a contemporary sofa and a flat-screen TV. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, has a double bed and a wardrobe. A glass door opens onto the shaded veranda Bedroom 2: The second airy bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bathroom This spacious bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC. The town has several good restaurants which serve the freshest seafood and local wines. It is just 15 minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of the Salento peninsula. The seafront is known for its lovely villas and elegant buildings whilst the Lungomare Cristofo Colombo is home to many tempting shops. There is also the 18th-century church of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae which is at the very tip of Italy’s heel. The historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day. The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.

Abbiamo sfruttato tanto lo spazio coperto davanti, sia durante i pasti che giocando con le bambine. Inoltre c’è un grande barbecue molto comodo. Parcheggio per strada ma sempre vicino casa.

Enjoyable stay overall! Apartment is an easy walk to the beach as well as a lively town with some great restaurants, bars and the all important gelato shops. Plenty of storage and hangers. Mini imarket is an easy walk, small grocery store a 10 minute drive, superstore a 30 minute drive The team on the ground is VERY responsive to questions. Two suggestions to make the flat even better: 1) Upgrade some of the furniture. Couch isn't very comfortable and there really isn't anywhere else in the house to flop down with a book out of the heat. The dressers are a bit flimsy. 1) Invest in a second internet router or a hardwire connection for the downstairs unit. One cellular router isn't enough to cover both units

alloggio molto vicino ai lidi anche se pet quelli più belli è necessario spostarsi con l'auto. zona tranquilla. molto costosi i mini market nella zona. alloggio pulito, ordinato, ben organizzato, perfettamente ristrutturato e con mobilio e cucina nuovi. peccato l'elevato tasso di umidità interno all'abitazione. anche lo spazio esterno è molto fruibile ma non propriamente in ordine e mantenuto. doccia esterna completamente inagibile. nel complesso ok

L' alloggio è in posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare. Si vede che è stato sistemato di recente ma c'è un grande problema di umidità che crea un fortissimo odore appena si entra e rovina i muri vicino alla cucina. Letti comodi e puliti, spazi interni grandi e comodi, cucina con piastre a induzione ok, condizionatori in ogni stanza, spazio esterno funzionale e comodo. All'ingresso abbiamo riscontrato importanti problemi che però sono stati risolti da chi ci seguiva. Devo fare i miei sinceri complimenti alla persona che ci ha assistito perché è sempre stato celere nel rispondere, comprensivo, educato e disponibile. Con qualche accortezza in più come per esempio le zanzariere e qualche utensile in più per la cucina può diventare un alloggio importante. Nel complesso rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media
