On the second floor (with lift) of a new development, the studio sleeps 2 people. The neat dining table and chairs are next to the open-plan kitchenette, which is well equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and nespresso coffee machine. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just 10 minutes walk. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Très bien équipé, bouteille de bienvenue, et un personnel très réactif, nous n’avions pas de chauffage le premier jour dès qu’ils ont été mis au courant un technicien est passé dans l’heure. Le bus pour la station de ski est au pied de l’appartement, et très bien situé par apport aux différentes commodités, pas besoin de voiture.

Clean and comfy stay. Cute little spot in perfect location. Great base if you are spending most of your time outside. Having to pick up and drop off they keys a 15 min walk away in Chamonix Sud is a slight downside but not too difficult. Good communication.

This place was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Beautiful views, central location with good food public transport around the corner! The only thing is that you need to keep in mind is that you must pick up and return the keys to a lock box off-site. It wasn’t too far but since we didn’t have a car and were reliant on an airport shuttle it would have been more handy to have the keys available at the apartment. Other than that it was perfect!

Nice place, very small but you get what you pay for. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. The only downside was that the windows aren’t really good and you can hear everything from the street, didn’t get one good night sleep during my stay. Also, the check in process is not great, the advert says that the host will greet you with the keys, however, that’s not the case and you have to pick up the keys from their office about 15 minutes away, very inconvenient when travelling with luggage

Appartement idéalement situé et en bon état, conformes aux photos. Toutefois, l’experience a été altéré par plusieurs point négatifs : - Il faut récupérer les clés à 10/15 minutes de l’appartement, pas pratique avec les sacs - appartement assez bruyant dès que les fenêtres sont ouvertes (il a fait chaud pendant notre séjour). - La procedure d’entrée/sortie est assez lourde et finalement peu compréhensible : communication avec l’agence en dehors de l’application airbnb et des informations personnelles à remplir sur une autre plateforme. - pas de capsules de café fournies avec la machine (ce qui aurait été un + / voir meme un indispensable au prix du logement)

L’appartement est près de tous les services et à proximité d’un arrêt de bus. La literie est très confortable et l’aménagement bien pensé pour un petit espace.

Appartement idéalement situé et en bon état, conformes aux photos. Toutefois, l’experience a été altéré par plusieurs point négatifs : - Il faut récupérer les clés à 10/15 minutes de l’appartement, pas pratique avec les sacs - appartement assez bruyant dès que les fenêtres sont ouvertes (il a fait chaud pendant notre séjour). - La procedure d’entrée/sortie est assez lourde et finalement peu compréhensible : communication avec l’agence en dehors de l’application airbnb et des informations personnelles à remplir sur une autre plateforme. - pas de capsules de café fournies avec la machine (ce qui aurait été un + / voir meme un indispensable au prix du logement)
