It is ideal for family or friends who want to combine Menton’s culture, history and beautiful beaches. The apartment is full of light thanks to large sliding glass doors, which open from the sitting room and the bedroom onto a glorious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a smart dining table and chairs for guests to sunbathe in complete privacy. Back inside, the sunny living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and large flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Sleeping Bedroom: The sunny bedroom, which leads out to the terrace, has a double bed and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Location Menton has been a popular resort for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. This apartment is centrally located and guests will find all the amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket less than 5 minutes from their front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (14-minute walk along the seafront). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (20-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts. Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
