Located on the 5th floor (with a lift) of a well-kept residential complex this modern apartment is conveniently situated close to a pedestrian area in central Menton, close to the seafront. The property comfortably sleeps 5 guests and enjoys a spacious open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an american style coffee machine and a fridge freezer. Outside, there is a pretty balcony with views of the surrounding area and the sea, perfect for alfresco aperitifs or a morning coffee. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The spacious first bedroom enjoys access to a balcony and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. This room also has a separate dressing room. Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room with a movable partition wall to allow privacy Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib). The property is centrally located in the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. Guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 5-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 9-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the Jean Cocteau Museum which showcases a large collection of his works and in February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits. Beach lovers are spoilt for choice with three beaches within a 10-minute walk - the closest is Plage de Fossan. The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.

L'appartamento è al 5° piano di un condominio molto bello. E' un bilocale molto spazioso con in più anche una piccola stanza adibita a camera armadi e lavanderia/sgabuzzino. L'entrata è da Place St. Roch ma la vista è sul bel giardino dell'Hotel Westminster ed in lontananza si vede il mare. E' molto silenzioso e comodo a tutti servizi, supermercato, farmacia negozi.

Отличная локация. Отличный, отзывчивый,, дружелюбный персонал. Просторныные апартаменты, отлично оборудованная кухня с мощной электроплитой, большим холодильником и новыми кухонными принадлежностями. I liked the location, the space of the apartment, technical sufficiency, attitude of the personnel. Thank you for all that! I immensely disliked problems with Wi-Fi in the 21 century in the great tourist city. In my humble opinion walls need fresh paint for the apartment to be up to the rent price . As it’s a resort on the sea, more towels would be appropriate.
