A beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the third floor, it has stylish interiors and comfortably accommodates four guests. The bright living room has an open kitchen with a glass door that opens onto the balcony. An elegant dining set up in the living room along the kitchen complements the interiors. In the kitchen, a spacious counter is equipped with modern appliances like, an induction hob, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer to cater to your needs. Outside, the cosy balcony offers a table and chairs for you to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings with lovely views of the seashore surrounded by greenery. There is an open private parking space in the apartment complex for a convenient stay. Sleeping Bedroom: The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a mirrored wardrobe. It is an ideal place to enjoy a peaceful vacation and indulge in recreational activities like hiking and zip-lining. For hiking, Donji Klavar is the closest within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Sentonia Staza and Kuk are other hiking areas, 5 to 15 minutes away by car. If you drive a little further, you can enjoy zip-lining at Zip Line Pazin Cave (a 30-minute drive). For exploring local cuisine, places like Copacabana Beach bar, Konoba Porat, Pizzeria Burra and Restoran Dorina are within walking distance of 5 minutes. Bobina Beach, Plomin Luka Promenade and dog beach are great beaches to relax within a driving radius of 10 minutes. For history lovers, Old Town Plomin has a beautiful Panoramic viewpoint (a 5-minute drive) that offers wonderful views of the village. Places like Cave Jurani and Povijesne znamenitosti - Teleferik are historical landmarks and Muzej Grada Pazina, a historical museum, are within a driving radius of 30 minutes. Alternatively, sports enthusiasts can visit the stadion Plomin at a walking distance of 6 minutes and a sports complex at a driving distance of 15 minutes. The closest airport, Rijeka International Airport, is approximately 70 minutes away.

Lokacija v prvi vrsti do morja. Velika čista kopalnica in res velik hladilnik za vse stvari. prijeten je tudi balkon za jutranjo kavo. Stanovanje je dovolj veliko in svetlo.

For us the location was perfect. The only reservation we had was that our apartment was on the top floor and with two children that was a little difficult but we enjoyed our view from the apartment and that's what counts.

The appartement was clean and communication with Happy rentals was good. It was also very quiet in the building which was really nice. Not the best location/surroundings and the appartement lacked basic necessities like a pan/skillet. Some oil, salt and pepper would also be a good addition.

Die Unterkunft und Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Die Beschreibung der absoluten Ruhe traf in unserem Zeitraum nicht zu. 24/7 ging das Förderband des Kraftwerkes. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und dadurch sehr laut, wenn andere Mitbewohner in größeren Gruppen feiern. Ab 4.30 kamen die Fischer in den Hafen, da war es mit der Nachtruhe wieder vorbei. Ich habe einen leichten Schlaf und bin sehr hellhörig, daher sind wir nach einer Woche umgezogen. Mein Mann konnte mit der Situation besser umgehen, doch die nächtliche Erholung fehlte uns komplett. Doch es wurde alles problemlos geregelt. Der Strand mit Beachbar ist super, selten so was schönes und heimeliges gesehen. Die empfohlenen Restaurants waren alle top. Wenn man nicht so empfindlich ist, kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Hunde willkommen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Viel Freude im Urlaub

We were disappointed to find our apartment was right next to a coal power plant. In addition, less than one roll of bath tissue was provided, and there was no frying pan or toaster. The first night, the hall lights did not work and we had to use our phone lights to get safely up the three flights of stairs. These annoyances detracted from our pleasure in staying there.
