This stunning penthouse is just 200m from the Promenade du Soleil, Menton’s elegant seafront. The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is on the 9th floor (with lift) and enjoys panoramic views across Menton and the Mediterranean. It is ideal for family or friends who want to combine Menton’s culture, history and beautiful beaches. The apartment is full of light thanks to large sliding glass doors, which open from the sitting room and the bedroom onto a glorious balcony, looking out over the sea. The balcony is furnished with a smart dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers for guests to sunbathe in complete privacy. Back inside, the sunny living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and large flat-screen TV. This apartment is centrally located and guests will find all the amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket less than 5 minutes from their front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (14-minute walk along the seafront). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (20-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts. Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Ideal für Frühstück / Abendessen oder einfach nur, um einen guten Wein zu genießen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist sie ausreichend. 9 Nächte ab Mitte Oktober: keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Tiefgarage haben wir nicht genutzt, wir sind nach Nizza geflogen und dann mit dem Zug nach Menton gefahren. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir ideal. Bahnhof, Busbahnhof (super für Ausflüge!), Strände, Fußgängerzone, Altstadt sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma estremamente accogliente e ben attrezzato. La vista è spettacolare e la posizione ottima a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante il tempo brutto, ma una casa confortevole fa la differenza soprattutto con il maltempo.

Beautiful location, gorgeous views, and had everything we needed……so normally would highly recommend .,,,, BUT PROPERTY HAS NO INTERNET. We travelled from canada and both needed internet to work remotely and stay in touch with family back home. The modem signal in apartment was so weak and couldn’t even make a phone call as it kept dropping. We had to purchase a portable modem & SIM card ourselves. Disappointing.
