Small but upkeep place. It might be a little too small for 4 adults. 2 of them were sleeping on sofa couch and on 1 full sized bed in the separate room. Overall I thought the place would be just a little bigger. If you are only using it as a place to sleep and store your stuff but most of the day spent elsewhere then it’s totally fine. But in general everything was clean and nice, private driveway and quiet location.

The place is very well located, spotless clean and has everything a rental needs. We find it pretty expensive as it is quite small inside (living room and bathroom mainly) but every hotel and Airbnb are expensive in Lake Garda. That’s why I only put 3 stars for the value for money. But this is still a good place to rent for the area.

We had an amazing stay in Lake Garda, absolutely beautiful with much to do. We did have a hire car which although not essential meant we could explore the area much easier. Apartment was ideal for us, and outside shower a lovely surprise, as was the air conditioning! Weather was hot for us so it was both much used. Emanuele was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this stunning area.

Es wäre schön wenn in Zukunft bei einer 4 Personenvermietung auch entsprechend das Geschirr vorhanden ist (leider waren nur zwei Tassen im Schrank). Die Müllleimer sollten auch entsprechend markiert sein. Ansonsten einfach toll. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Auch waren ausreichend Küchenutensilien sowie Handtücher und Kissen vorhanden. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee und die liebevolle Bepflanzung waren wirklich sehr schön. Auch haben wir eine detaillierte Beschreibung zur An- und Abreise bekommen. Zwar muss man zur Innenstadt ein wenig laufen, aber dafür hat man es sehr ruhig und man genießt Privatsphäre. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

This apartment was pretty much just as advertised. I think the photos make it look bigger so it was a bit tight. I thought the location was pretty inconvenient, as it’s a 25 minute walk into the town center and parking is challenging. Overall, this was fine and the instructions were good. It doesn’t seem to be hosted by a local person because I asked for recommendations and didn’t get any; it’s always my preference to rent from someone local. That said, it suited our needs and Lake Garda is so beautiful.

La très belle terrasse et le magnifique jardin sont les points forts de cet appartement. À l’intérieur, tout est neuf, mais nous avons été incapables de faire fonctionner l’air climatisé et la hotte. De plus, contrairement à ce que stipule l’annonce, il n’y a pas de BBQ. L’hôte est une compagnie de location, et est fort peu réactif face aux problèmes qui se posent.
